San mateo almost sold out.

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
Get a bunch of your relatives and knock up the Asian girls and dilute their population into Irvine beige. (yellow brown mix). The beige children will eventually tumble the API index and cause a ripple effect in home prices to allowing your population to live in self built houses.

It is going to be difficult to take over the whole Unicorn city though. The Asian FCB is very strong financially and will keep prices out of reach for your brotherhood for selected villages. IPD is also strongly biased against your people as well.

As the home prices keep dropping in the ghetto villages that feed into Irvine HS, it become more affordable so Hispanic population can move into the city.

its only a matter of time before we take back what is rightfully ours. we are well on our way on reclaiming other parts of SOCAL, Santa Ana is already ours, the Unicorn City is next.

baby steps my friend. Just like the asians pushed out the white folks, affordable housing has unintended consequences. the asians in woodbury wont want to live next to the affordable housing, causing nearby home prices to start dropping one by one, then we start creeping into the regular neighborhood then it will just snowball from there. then you will see the asian flight. not sure where they will go though.

Another thing to note from the table in absolute numbers the Asian population in Irvine are growing faster (+22% in 20 years) than Latino population (+3 % over the same span).
Realistically I can see Latinos take over Irvine HS but other HS with higher home prices surrounding them will be dominated by Asians. That's why in another thread I alluded buying Irvine HS zoned houses is no different from buying in Santa Ana. At least in Santa Ana you pay much less for housing.

Biege is the official color of Irvine housing stock. Biege is the future.

You could use more mirrors in your Irvine home. The only way to create an illusion of a bigger house. Do you also have a full width mirror along the rear wall of your yard? May be IHO could buy a 2CWG house and put a giant mirror anchoring the end of the garage.

Well... then you're really talking about a lack of specific racial diversity. I see tons of Asian/Middle Eastern diversity in Irvine.

And maybe it's just who I hang out with... but I see a lot of black/brown diversity in Irvine.

maybe the part of irvine you roll in has more blacks/hispanics than the part i live in. the only hispanics i see are the gardeners and when i look in the mirror (im not kidding, i rarely see other hispanics) and as far as blacks go, they are even a more rare find.

not only do i have a full length mirror, the whole ceiling is mirrored.

the process has started. im doing my part to bring beige children into this world with my asian wife.  i will bring up some friends from back home and we will go hang out at Diamond Jamboree and we will take it from there.

Cmon IHS - you know its not the size of the house or lot that matters. I got the size where it counts.

Groucho Marx once said, "If you find it hard to laugh at yourself, I would be happy to do it for you."

I like IHS's character. If he changed, this forum would lose a lot of entertainment value. Stop being a humorless robot trace, and let the man breath.

way off topic now. Last time I checked San Mateo did get sold out except the last 12 homes including models. I guess they are holding out these and move them to the last phases of San Mateo II, recycling the models.
Since San Mateo is TIC's most successful product in the 2011 collection, one can only guess it will be more of the same in the years to come from TIC.

Rinse and repeat.  I wonder if they'll try to build these over Crowded Village.

more to come will be based on this formula of trimming off open space around the entire community and the subject plot to make room for a driveway since the driveway is the decision that trump sale.

I can't believe I missed all the funny here until just now. While you Mexican guys are offering yourself to Asian women at Diamond Jamboree and upscale Asian citizens are peeking out from behind their Snuggie on the couch watching the news, I have some errands to go do. I hope there is enough content left for a good lunchtime read when I get back! Don't let me down!!

Hell has frozen over. Yes, I like IHS's character as well, and I think he's really witty and funny.

But I think the sarcastic Irvine nonsense is tired. You really still find it funny, Indie, after all this time? Easily amused...

Please, no more "buy now or be priced out forever" or "my kid will be a loser if he/she does not attend Irvine schools" or "I'm afraid to leave Irvine because of all the crime" nonsense. Just a suggestion.

This goes for everyone, not just IHS. I directed it to IHS, though, because I've come to respect him and I know he's capable of much more.

as alluded in a separate thread on Garbage Hill, instead of giving you minimum 10 ft rear setback, TIC is pitching the "average" 10 ft rear setback approach. The area difference between these 2 configurations can be used for the driveway, hence the overall lot size will not increase much. What will be the next TIC invention? 1 car only drive way?

Look trace, it's either IHS talks about how Irvine has no brown people, why TIC wants you to live 2 feet from your neighbors, or we get to talk about... nothing, because literally nothing has changed about the Irvine housing market in 18 months.

See it's not IHS content that is fresh, yes, there's only SO much that can be said about Irvine and it's housing market, but it's his approach and delivery. Why do you think Chris Rock got famous by basically doing Eddie Murphy's jokes? It's a fresh perspective and delivery of the content, not necessarily new content. I personally thought "Landfill Ranch" was one of IHS's crowning achievements, and I now use it in my daily vernacular.

Get a sense of humor trace, you've been living in Irvine too long, and dare I say may be taking this a bit too personally.  :D

... and if you don't like it, why ruin it for the rest of us you debbie downer?  ???

Googled "Lambert Ranch" - No 2. rank linked to TalkIrvine
Googled "Lambert Ranch landfill" - No.1 rank linked to TalkIrvine
Googled "Landfill Ranch" - No.1 rank linked to TalkIrvine

Landfill Ranch is going to stick. We've made it.

I think I just pinch the sore spot there where Irvine promotes its generousity to welcoming diversities but racism among its police and citizens run deep into the core of their soul. It is no different than politicians getting a cigar job and claiming it as just an inappropriate contact. Thanks for defending me Indie.

Excellent.

Landfill Ranch is going to stick around just like Garbage Grove and Ana-Crime.
