Presidential Elections

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
Here is another article:

If you aren't looking to challenge your assertion, you're not going to find any links for it.

The irony here is Trump was/is against mail-in ballots... yet it seems there was a concerted effort by the Republican party to encourage mail-in voting.

And again... electoral college is supposed to help prevent these shenanigans:

I doubt you will believe anything I find (morekaos always says the facts aren't really facts when it's contrary to *his* facts) but here you go:

Obviously, your Baltimore Post link comes up when I search for "trailer full of ballots fact check" but that's what I mean when you have to read more than one or two articles.

This came up again in 2022 and it was again debunked:

And a list of other false claims about election fraud:

Again, it's much easier to spread misinformation than it is to actually check facts because conspiracies are viral by nature.

Just like people still believe we did not land on the moon or that 9/11 was planned by the US.
LOL the person accusing me of spreading misinformation is the one claiming that there are videos and images online showing that the contents are not ballots. If you're referring to your first link, that fact check is not even talking about the Jesse Morgan trailer.

I originally read the LNP article as it was referenced by another article that I have looked for to post here but cannot find; so I will recount it. The reporter was made aware of the USPS issued report by the LNP article and had noted several inconsistencies in the report. The reporter sought to get clarification and the USPS invited the reporter to submit questions. The reporter stated that despite an invitation to submit questions, the USPS never responded to multiple follow-ups. I remember one of the questions was what was in the trailer if not ballots. I’m sure the USPS could have answered that question as they should know what is loaded in every trailer. It would be really simple for the USPS to put this issue to bed by addressing the questions this reporter had. It is this kind of behavior that causes people like me to suspect that someone is hiding something. On one hand you have a detailed sworn affidavit subject to perjury from the driver of the trailer and on the other hand you have the USPS not wanting to answer questions to clarify items in their report. I give more credibility to the driver hence my position.

In the aftermath of the attempted assassination, you have a similar situation arising. Butler PD has been very forthcoming and transparent in providing details that they are privy to. The USSS has not been transparent and is currently fighting an FOIA request. I certainly would give more credibility to Butler PD than to USSS if conflicting statements arise.

The problem with a lot of political fact checking is the amount of bias. There is so much spin and what facts get presented are massaged to arrive at a pre-determined outcome. Some like this fact check below are so outwardly biased that it’s gotten ridiculed. When this fact check first came out it was rated “mostly false”. It is now rated “mixture”.

https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/pelosi-healthcare-pass-the-bill-to-see-what-is-in-it/

The rating should be “true”. You can provide context if you wish but it doesn’t change the fact that Pelosi did say those words. As I’ve said before, most political fact checking is done to support narratives and political parties.

Facts are facts. There is no misinformation or disinformation. Only information. Our government uses these misinformation/disinformation concepts to control what people say as most people don't want to be labelled as such. In today's world, it is incumbent on me to do my research to arrive at my own conclusion. You may not agree with my conclusion but that is ok. This discourse used to be okay but has now gotten so toxic. Among the online forums I frequent, the nastiest comments come from people who hate Trump. They complain about Trump's rhetoric but don't realize they act the same way.

As I said... I knew you wouldn't believe it. My first link specifically talks about the posts concerning ballots from a "tractor trailer". Is there a different trailer? That link contains images from the videos that supposedly proves they were completed ballots. But completed ballots won't have an advertisement from a candidate on them.

Also, my 3rd link, if you read it, goes into the inconsistencies of Morgan's story and the ensuing investigation did not prove his claims.

From the information I have read, there is no definitive proof that those were actual ballots. Sounds like you are just going by what you read on the forums you frequent. And if you look at TI, there is one particular member who is posts the most divisive comments against the left so it's from both sides.

Yes, facts are facts. And yes, there is misinformation on BOTH sides. But what you are posting is not a fact. You need to recognize that... it's your opinion.

With all due respect, I did watch that video in the first link. The document in the person's hand is a PA application for mail-in ballot. NOT a completed mail in ballot which is what Jessie Morgan stipulated he was transporting. That video is dated Oct 7, 2020 before Morgan's October 21st incident so definitely not the same.

But that's what I'm trying to say, the misinformation posts were trying to use that video to prove they were ballots. You just agreed with me.

So... given there was no video proof that they were ballots, what is the next thing we do to find out what really happened? Look at timelines, location of Morgan's supposed "truck trailer", investigate his assertions etc. That's what the 3rd link does and this it what it concludes:

Postal workers in Bethpage told investigators they saw only a few hundred mail-in ballots through the entire fall. The facility mainly processes packages, not envelopes. And no one in Harrisburg or Lancaster backed up Morgan’s claim about thousands of ballots being in his load.

As for Morgan’s favorite trailer, the investigators obtained GPS data that showed trailer 10R-1440 was actually en route from Florida to Pennsylvania and was somewhere in the Carolinas on Oct. 21, not on the back of Morgan’s truck. And contrary to Morgan’s assertion that he always drove the same trailer, 10R-1440, the investigators found that he used six different trailers during the month of October.

The trailer that Morgan drove to Bethpage that day was never missing, the investigators also found. Shortly after Morgan parked it in Lancaster, a different driver took it to Harrisburg, where it was unloaded and processed the same night. All of the mail was accounted for.

In the end, the inspector general’s report said the joint investigation “could not corroborate” Morgan’s story. “The investigation is complete and submitted for closure,” the report concludes.

To me, sounds like Morgan making up stuff to support unproven claims of election fraud.

Sounds like Morgan was just saying things were done and they weren't really done... so yes... I'm looking at what he "did".

Not sure if you know the consequences if caught lying on a sworn affidavit. People don't do that if they are making stuff up. Plus the harassment and death threats he received. Interesting that your default position is that the USPS report is 100% factual. I'm glad you are so trusting of our government agencies. That is where you and I differ.

Questions I would have is why the Harrisburg load was not dropped off before Morgan drove to Lancaster and why was he not notified when his trailer was driven back to Harrisburg? If all the mail was accounted for, tell us what was in the mail if it wasn't ballots? Like I stated earlier, a reporter got ghosted after asking questions that the USPS didn't want to answer. The USPS could easily have said that the claimed ballots were not in the trailer. The way its worded the entire trailer could have been full of completed ballots and it would still be a true statement to say all of the mail was accounted for.

As for the first sentence .... huh? The claim being fact checked was "Shredded Pennsylvania Mail in ballot Applications were discovered in a trailer. The applications were for @realDonaldTrump.” It references ballot applications. Nothing that I have talked about with regard to Jessie Morgan's trailer even mentions ballot applications. I'm guessing you confused the two and assumed it was one in the same. But if you want the last word have at it. I'm done with going back and forth with this.

Again... was there some other trailer?

It's okay... you can be done, but with lack of proof you have to go to "there was no trailer"" as zubs said.

BTW: The reason why sites like Politifacts exist is because they are supposed to be independent and backed by non-partisan research. They have articles debunking "facts" from both sides. If, like morekaos, you don't want to believe them, that's on you.. but I think they are more reputable than random Facebook posts or viral threads on online forums.

If Ivanka doesn't trust her dad...I don't either.
What more do you need?

By the way, Kamala is a dipshit...but Trump is a super dipshit....

Never met any one of those mythical idiots…conjured from one of Kackalas word salads…

CNN data guru warns that even with nominee Harris, Dems facing a Trump that is ‘stronger’ than ‘ever before'

Enten pulled out several polls on CNN Tuesday demonstrating that Trump’s national approval rating is higher than it has ever been during his time in politics, and that beating him in November will be a challenge for Harris if she ends up facing him.

With Chairman Kamala coming out with her proposal for Soviet Era Price Controls, it reminded me of the following question: Since this election appears to be between The Cheeto Hitler and Chairman Kamala, remind me again who killed more people - the real Hitler, or the real Chairman Mao? Hint: it's not the guy who wrote Mein Kampf.

This election is more like the question "Would you rather be stabbed or shot in the chest?". Frankly speaking, I'd rather take my chances by getting stabbed. The odds of survival are better.

Republicans should have picked someone else to be their candidate. Hard to vote for a rapist felon.
Even super retard DeSantis would have gotten more moderate votes.

i’ll take the fake “rapist felon” over the communist any day of the week and so will about 80 million or more other Americans👍🏽🍿😂😂🇺🇸

@zubs

Here's a hard left "news source" explanation why The Tang Menace isn't a rapist. This whole thing is going to be overturned on appeal anyway.

Enjoy:

He's a convicted rapist and felon. Why use quotes?
Never convicted of “rape” and the “felony”is a joke That’ll be overturned on appeal…That’s why the quotes….he has my vote…and everyone in my families… but who cares he’s going to lose California anyway?🤷🏽‍♂️😂😂😂👍🏽🇺🇸

Convicted Felon...you can use the quote on rapist...I'm good with that.
The thing is, no one cares about that charge because they know what a joke it is and how tortured that conviction was. Everyone knows it’s going to be overturned on appeal. So it’s treated as a non-event. It’s hardly even mentioned anymore and will not be a factor in the election.🫡😂😂👍🏽🇺🇸
