I wonder if this will impact the recruiting for Univ of Okalhoma. I believe two people from the video got expelled from the University.

Did they get expelled just for using the "n" word? If so on what grounds are they being expelled? Isn't that a violation of "freedom of speech"?
 
Freedom of speech is protection from the government putting u in jail for saying something negative about the government. As a student of a university you are held to the universities ethics and standards. Chanting racists slurs I'm sure violates those standards and were likely the basis for expulsion. Freedom of speech does not equal freedom of consequence.

I didn't grow up in US (probably not a lot of people in this forum either) but when I was talking to a nephew of mine at USC he says most of his black acquaintance call him n* (my nephew is not black) as a term of endearment.  I hope some black leaders really start a movement to eradicate the usage of the word N* completely including among blacks or even when used as term of affection.

they are too stupid to stop using it and they wonder why they cant get ahead.

he is right, they should use it in the show, 80% of athletes and rappers vocabulary is the n word.  i hope this isnt coming off racist (or at least my last statement generalizing about them being stupid).  as a fellow minority, although smarter and better looking :-)  it is disappointing to see blacks use that word.  you already have to work harder than most to overcome stereo types and then you perpetuate those stereotypes by talking like a thug - the thug life is glamorized in the black culture, not sure why. amazing. even more amazing is the rationale that its a term of endearment, more like a term of ignorance.
 
I've heard several Jewish people describe other Jewish people as "ja*s" (same as derogatory WWII term for Japanese).  Many of my Mexican friends describe themselves as "be*ners" (a type of legume).  Who are we to tell others how they should describe themselves.

then dont complain when others use that name to describe you.
 
In regards to the Jewish term, it's actually an acronym for Jewish American Princess. Not really a racial slur but more of a humorous reference for a certain type of Jewish person.

They've gone up a little but not too much. The same home with smaller lot would be priced similar to an earlier phase with somewhat bigger lot.

Thanks and sorry for asking for details that were already attached.  Just rechecked this thread on my phone and your original pics of prices and site no. showed up.  For some reason it didn't show on my PC.
