Greenwood in Tustin Legacy

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
Those are over on the corner of red hill and Valencia. I've been here for over two years and never have seen a homeless person walking around Columbus square. And I am about walking twice a day during the week and usually three times on the weekend.

Also, I don't think those are traditional homeless shelters, I think these are more geared for families than your skid row type of homeless

Back in the day on IHB people would mention as a reason not to buy in Columbus square. As usual, the irvinites over reacting

So I'm planning to visit Qwerwood during my lunch hour... which ones should I see... just the 2 biggest, QwerCrawford and QwerStafford? Are they next to each other?

I was hoping to pick up some qwerleftovers for lunch but I think the qwercalves are 50 miles away so no luck.

don't remember which one, but one of the mirrors in the master bathroom is a tv, that's pretty cool

The Stafford and Crawford models are very close to each other. Make sure you look behind the Crawford models and report back on the selective driveways.

yeah i would only look at crawford/stafford - yeah if you could report back on the driveways in the back of crawford. i am 50 miles away or i would have left lunch for you at the bball court.

My Q&A on the driveways:
Me: Does all of the homes have driveway?
Sales: Yes
Me: Can we park on the driveway?
Sales: CC&R requires parking 2 cars in the garage
Me: If I have 3 cars can I park in the driveway?
Sales: Yes, after you park the first 2 in garage.  Not all driveways are full length.  You have to select the homes with full driveways so you don't block the alley

the parking of cars i the garage is generally a standard requirement by most HOAs even if you have a driveway. from the sitemap it does appear some do have full driveways and others dont. and you know some folks are going to abuse that half driveway.

At this price point, is it unreasonable to expect FULL driveways?!  I want to post pictures of violators of the half driveway, see people parked on them all the time.  Just because you're the last house, doesn't mean you can park on there.

Sidebar: The worst is when a household has two cars. Their 2 car garage is pretty empty. But they can only park one car in it. And for some unknown reason, they park that one car in the middle of the garage. Which means they HAVE to park their 2nd car on the street even though they have a full driveway. This drives me nuts!!!

LOL $1m+ doesn't even get you a full driveway in Tustin.

Just complain to your HOA and have them start garage inspections. I'm sure that will make you popular with your neighbors.

Hah... I'm pretty sure that new builds over $1m in Irvine have driveways.

Yet another reason why spending that much in Tustin is a bad idea.

But I guess your guests can always park at Costco. :)
