So JMoney and I went to visit the models today... Right when we walk into the entrance of Huntley Plan 1, there was this FCB grandma helping her grandson take a piss all over the bushes by the entrance.  His mom comes out and tells him to hurry up in Chinese..  Mind you he had his pants drop to the ground and he's spraying down the bush like a fire fighter putting out a fire.

You guys are Baller$. Baller$ don't go to work, they visit model homes during the weekday.  :)

That explains the I don't know shit attitude, where did they get these guys?  He even said to me that today was the first day he set foot in this area.  This guy needs to get payed.  You reading this StanPac?

my guess is its not stanpac or brookfield who owes these folks the money. the builders probably paid a "company" to provide the workforce and that "company" is stiffing these guys.

Maybe StanPac is stiffing this "company".  BTW, saw a convoy of trucks exiting Warner today in the morning.  Cement truck, 7 ton semi, double trailer with those triangular fluid carrying modules, gravel truck.  Must be a nice morning rumble.

The builders should step up and put pressure on the staffing company to resolve this quickly. It is very embarrassing for a new home project to not pay their workers.

yeah i doubt the houses in greenwood will feel anything from trucks exiting warner.
What about going up or down Jamboree?

But then again, you don't hear or feel the train so maybe I'm asking the wrong person.

i highly doubt you will feel the trucks going up/down jamboree from your house.  Jamboree is elevated from the homes. I know the trucks are big but not freight train big. you could always go stand at the lot and see if you feel anything.

why would i feel the train? augusta is in the middle of columbus square. that is way too far to feel it. now when i lived in college park and we backed up to the tracks i could feel the freight train, but that literally backed up to train tracks. you make it sound like there is a half a mile radius that will shake when the freight train comes through.
