Great Park Neighborhoods

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
Do you have an example of what you consider "modern structure"?

I think "modern" styled homes are more polarizing and tend to reduce the number of buyers because it's more of an acquired taste. Or am I misunderstanding your post?

I think this is what Tyler meant by a "modern structure" home.

My wife likes this kind of homes, me too sometimes.

So not "modern style" but modernized architectural innovations?

I think you it it on the head in that with tract homes, it's harder to do that keeping within a certain cost.

From the always accurate internet:

Smooth stucco is a hand-applied or hand-troweled finish as opposed to a "machine" (a hopper and a spray rig) applied finish. Same as imperfect smooth finish on interior sheetrock or plaster walls, this finish is often done on higher end custom homes while the latter is more frequently done on production homes. It is more labor intensive to install during construction and it is a good indicator that there may be other upgraded finishes or well-thought appointments.

Just lawyer talk... No one can guarantee school attendance, especially when you're on the border of two different school zones..

Anyone remember the last time IUSD redrew school zones? must've been like opening a can of angry worms :)

Right where the "North symbol" is, right?  That's pretty close, especially for the future developments. Serving Pruno at the Pavilion Park opening!

Grass on the driveway is the new trend.  Imagine how silly your house will look when that goes out of fashion.

Snapped some pictures of the pool under construction and the model homes facing the pool (I believe it's the Melrose Tract).  Sorry, it was getting dark.

All of the floorplans are up now at the main site: www.greatparkneighborhoods.com

I know that Melrose was missing previously. But they've updated the site with complete floorplans for all the neighborhoods.

You know those bigger 3000+sft models with the 3-car tandem... why don't they make those 3CWG (the footprint seems to support the extra width) and then allow the option of turning the 3rd space into a flex room?

The designers must have all been born after 3CWGs were banned in Irvine.

It looks like the golf course is being built with mello Roos taxes? I don't understand how the builders are allowed to build that on a homeowners dime
