Great Park Neighborhoods

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
No upstairs loft? Boo.

Only Plan 2 has a kitchen pantry.

Did anyone who went to the GP Builder's Meet get floorplans for Richmond American's Birch Trail?

considering Luna was able to do 4 beds + loft in like ~1700 sf, the lack of a loft space is disappointing, especially in the plan 3

My thoughts too.

As I was scrolling down, I thought that Plan 3 would have it... and nope. They could move the laundry over the covered porch and make that middle space a loft area.

What's with only the models having massive side yards?

Those side yards are huge! About time someone puts the hurt on TIC.

Those look like this row of homes.  Notice how NO OTHER homes in the ENTIRE development have that much side yard setback.  Sneaky deceptive if you ask me.

What's with the crazy street names?  Stizza?  Chiffon?  It's like that pumpkin orange car on the lot-- do the salesmen get spiffs for selling those too?

I know everyone has sacrcastic comments about how polluted the ground is at great park.

I all seriousness is great park really that polluted where it's a cause of concern? Are there portions of the great park where its safer to live vs other parts?

I gotta think that anything north of Irvine Blvd are totally fine...I'd stay away from the South portion of the Great Park.

Here is the site plan (and phase release schedule) for Lennar's Rosemist, Beachwood, and Roundtree

ps9..do your thing

Maybe someone with spectacular Photoshop and design skills can put together a master map of all the different builders neighborhoods down to the specific lots and phases laid out in one convenient display.
