I really liked the Hawthorne Plan 1--one story plan from Pulte. Too bad it would cost me at least $1M. So I guess ~$400/sqft will be the norm even for the GP.

I need to see more floorplans but some of them look like more of the same.

I do like the single floor plans I've seen (so do my knees).

But watching all these HGTV shows is making me want to find and older home and do a Property Brothers on it.
