Breakfast - Oatmeal with skim milk and 3 egg whites.
Snack - Protein Bar
Lunch - 8oz of Ground Turkey with whole grain pasta. 1/2 a peach
Snack - Nature Valley Bar
Dinner - 10oz Chicken Breast and 1/2 cup of rice and steamed veggies.
Dessert - Watch my wife eat mooncake.
