Brightwater Huntington Beach reduced 300k?

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program

I might drop by there too. I will be the one with a Lo-Pan (A compass developed for the reading of various feng shui angles and directions). Blightwater will be invaded by IHB this weekend.

I will be the one with a Lo-Pan (A compass developed for the reading of various feng shui angles and directions).

You better bring more than one, this project could break them.

Note to self: Pack extra socks.

Oh... and who ever installed the flooring with the compass on the floor of the entry of plan 2 at the Sands, is an idiot, the sun sets in the west not the north.

I noticed that, too. I wonder if when you are on an Indian burial ground in HB, the ocean is suddenly due East.

this thread is like a slice of heaven.

thank you.

i'm glad i started it, i'm now no longer interested in buying in this community, but what community should i buy??

At this moment, somewhere in Huntington Beach, Operation: Brightwater Exposed is underway. I can't wait for the pictures.

The community of "wait to buy".

Do they have a good tile guy? I mean, I don't want to buy from there if they use the same guy as Brightwater in Huntington Beach. Hearthside homes seems to go with the cheapest bidder, and it shows at Brightwater in Huntington Beach.

Pictures coming soon.

Google keywords FTW!

awgee,

Google has some odd querks. Since it actually indexes the number of times a word or phrase appears on a web page, and further indexes the number of links pointing to a page with those words, it is possible to raise a particular web page's ranking on the google search results. "Google bombing" attempts to raise the level (or importance) of a result, while "google washing" attempts to counter or even reverse the results. Since the brightwater folks have decided to insult graphrix, he has decided to engage in some cyber warfare.

I hope that explains things

Neat:

LOL!

I LOVE Huntington Beach, but would never buy in Brightwater in Huntington Beach. Brightwater in Huntingon Beach doesn't have the true Huntington Beach neighborhood feel. The sales team at Brightwater in Huntington Beach must be smoking glue, as they actually claim that Brightwater in Huntington Beach homes priced from the "low $1 millions" are "attainable for "for young couples looking for Southern California homes that are planning to start a family." Those Brightwater in Huntington Beach sales morons haven't been paying attention to the RE market or the economy, have they?

You folks want a real giggle? Washington state has it's own Brightwater, and it is clearly not in Huntington Beach.
