man i really didnt think this was going into escrow anytime soon.  bought for 813K, i calculated with window treatments and landscaping they were all in at about 840K. i think im going to take a line of credit, get my down payment back and roll the dice.

7 months and they're gonna make $170k? Crazy... test must be so happy.

I'm also entertaining the idea...6 months and Heloc my down payment back... Here we go again..

I think you are being a little too conservative...I think it goes around $975k and maybe as high as $988,888.88.

I was cleaning out my desk the other day and I found a Phase 1 pricing sheet for Augusta. The Plan 3 was starting at $771k and they didn't have a loft option.

Looks like some certain members here bought at a good time.

Broadcom was moving to that area and building office?
Google has taken over the hangar at NASA Ames, Moffett. Hope something like that happens here too..If I had money, I would acquire the hangar and execute some very cool ideas

ive read before that the south hangar is coming down. the north one will be part the recreation facility/youth sports center that will hold an ice rink and a bunch of other stuff.

i dont think they are going to start that until the finish the tustin ranch road extension/overpass. and that is not scheduled to be finished till Q4 of this year. but they making good progress on the overpass.
