But the listing information says this:freedomcm said:sued? for this:
Already enrolled students, siblings and open enrollment for Irvine School District.
isn't that true? not well written, but true? if you are a student already enrolled in irvine schools and your family moves, i thought that you can continue? and the 'open enrollment' for sibs and others is *technically* open, even if no student is actually accepted for entrance in irvine schools
That's not true. You might as well put Cupertino Union School District.School Information
School District: Irvine Unified
Man, I pretty much nailed it. 8)USCTrojanCPA said:I think you are being a little too conservative...I think it goes around $975k and maybe as high as $988,888.88.qwerty said:homer_simpson said:I wonder what its going to go for!!

It is considered a detached condo, similar to Cesaro in PS.ps9 said:Is Augusta considered detached condo or traditional SFH? Not that it matters but I'm thinking more when you try to get financing, how it shows up on legal documents.

I thought it was a detached condo but it might be an SFR because of your setbacks. Looks like both this home and the one on Lexington are both detached SFRs. Looks like the agent double dipped on the commission too.qwerty said:USCTrojanCPA said:It is considered a detached condo, similar to Cesaro in PS.ps9 said:Is Augusta considered detached condo or traditional SFH? are you sure? we dont have shared walls/zero lot lines, etc. i think they are true SFRs. ill check the paperwork.
