hey homer - did you get tile anywhere, bathrooms perhaps?  did you get a quote from the design center to seal the grout after you closed? or did you have someone else seal it?

We have travertine in the bathrooms.  My contractor did a pretty good job on this.

Are you guys going with tile or travertine?

by the time we bought the house we did not have the option to upgrade the bathrooms so we are getting the standard white tile in the showers, the deadline had already passed. our flooring on most of the first floor, powder room and master bath is 20x20 porcelain tile.  all other bathrooms are the same color tile but 13x13.

were you referring to your flooring or shower tiles? i was actually referring to your flooring, was curious if you got tile flooring anywhere, that is what the design center said we need to seal after we close. the bathroom shower tile grout is already sealed - i think, i guess i should double check that.

they they just broke ground on it in the last week. Tustin Fire Station #37.

Also, i read in the tustin magazine they sent to the house that the tustin ranch road connection over edinger will be complete in Q4 of 2013, my guess is late Q4. although they already started building the columns between edinger and the railroad tracks to support the overpass.

Over $100k in upgrades and just one exterior picture?  Come on...I want a little more than that for $1.2m.

yeah i wonder if they are just hoping to catch some big FCB or something. Doesnt seem like they are really trying to sell. Kind of like one of those make me move prices.

Oh, these are the houses close to Costco in District?
School district is terrible.. most come to Hicks Canyon, but it's an intra-district transfer.

Yes, priced out forever! I almost knocked on my neighbor's door to pass whatever it is they are drinking.. something much potent than regular cool-aid.

Maybe they didn't read the fine print and wanted to plant a fruit tree in their backyard? :)

ive actually seen a couple of citrus planted in the ground, not sure if they eat them though, or if they are for show. its kind of funny actually, on the HOA approved plant list they have various fruit bearing trees. even they make you sign that disclosure.
