Profette,

Sweet Jesus Princess, what did I tell you about mixing spray tans with your daily martinis?horribly wrong.

This pic of you is creepy, I suggest taking it down from your myspace page immediately.

What?s with the hair color, didn?t I tell you to stop using Ms. Clairol and have a professional do it.

Just say no to chemical peels.

My gawd ten, lay off the jaeger bombs before noon. That way you won't mistaken a picture of what you woke up to this morning, and the hot prof. Oh, and just a fair warning, prof also has a PhD. in snark, so just know what you might be getting into here.

I was only trying to correct an honest mistake.

The only thing she got right in that pic of me was the Sugar-Free Red Bull can.

All the other components we?re definitely lacking.

Here?s a short list of what?s missing:

Hot chicks, cans of pomade for the hair (no gel), AXE, the Goose, ultra-tight fitting Hollister T, exceedingly handsome looking dude (i.e me).

You get the point

What?s snarky? A drink

Not to mention she thru that pic up after I left for the day, how am I supposed to defend myself?

I was in a spin class yesterday at 6:30pm.

Btw, I caught your dig at me, what I woke up to is hilarious.

Glad you decided to jump in and join the fun.

Are you a Dapper Dan, man, 10? Are you Bona Fide?

BTW, last fall, I went previewing a home with Ipop before it came on the market and lo and behold... this was their Halloween decor. Needless to say, we passed. True story. Thought this thread would appreciate it.

Ipop,

Quick, fetch my Corinthian helmet and shield.

Another wave of Persian attacks is ensuing.

This time it?s the elite IHB Immortals.

Shields up, Ipop prepare to advance on my mark.

Do not betray us by telling them about the secret pass either.

Yeah, and a good pass it was. Ten would never have approved. The place was so unspectacular, well, except for the needless use of multiple terraces in what would have been a big backyard to make it feel much smaller. I had visions of myself jack-hammering out many a useless retaining wall.

If I recall correctly, I said on that evening it was worth $750K tops. Ended up selling for $739K I believe... Probably down to more like $700K today.

So nice of you to ask prof... A lovely Turtle Rock place has joined the escrow ranks today and a not so lovely place in West Irvine has started its 2nd attempt at sale - www.ipoplaya.com (in case some forgot)

Thanks to an edit from graphrix, ipoplay(A) spells his website correctly. :P

Thanks for the shout out!

Glad you noticed. Didn't realize you're a fan.

Yeah, I spent a lot of time this week in quality control mode, making sure all my posts lived up to my handle.

Thought the Leinart in a Hottie sandwich pic really set the tone for the week quite nicely.

For Irvine zip codes as of late March, sales were off 28% from a year ago. If sales for calendar March hold at this level, it will be the most sales volume in Irvine since August...

From Lansner:

DataQuick?s latest look at O.C.housing purchases shows that just 5 of 83 local ZIP codes enjoyed year-to-year sales growth in the 22 business days ended March 26. (The lucky five? Irvine 92618, Anaheim 92805, Orange 92865, Santa Ana 92703 ? yes, Santa Ana, and Dana Point 92624.) Overall, sales were down 41%. (More ZIP data is HERE!)

Perhaps the best news for the real estate market is that the countywide median selling price stuck for a week at a half-million bucks. Still, that?s off 22.5% from last June?s peak. How it looked for the 22 business days ended March 26, by the slice ?

Slice Price Vs. ?07 Sales Vs. ?07

House $570,000 -17.3% 1,164 -37.8%

Condo $370,000 -20.9% 470 -46.3%

New $512,250 -19.3% 204 -47.7%

All $500,000 -19.7% 1,838 -41.4%

I know you linked to the historical Case-Schiller index before but I can't find it. Could you post it again?

Thanks!
