ipoplaya, I saw that you asked about 50 Winding Way, and I dunno what is happening with it either. If the auction was going to be at Santa Ana, and it was still active, then I would know. So, if you know that it was scheduled at the SA courthouse, then yes they somehow caught up on their loan. You might want to check out foreclosureradar.com over RealtyCrap.
 
OMG, some crazy fool paid only 8% off peak price on a rear-entry unit in Tustin Field. $729K for 2300sf on Sun Dial... WTF. 3200sf units with driveways, yard, etc. in that neighborhood have been selling in the mid to high $800s of late. Why pay $316 per sf when others are paying sub $300?!

But you should know me by now, I'm a Sugar-Free (Ab-friendly) Red Bull guy.

Sometimes when I'm out, I'll switch it up though and mix it with the Goose instead of the cran.

Nice surge of energy.



See alot of chicks mix Red-Bull with Jaegar i.e. Jaegar bomb.

Then again, chicks at Fury seem to go with the Diet Rockstar and Goose.

I guess that explains why I get 7 and 8's but no 10's. I gotta step it up.





ipop...was that sun dial property a bank REO or did the original owner just get lucky that someone is buying at that price? it sold for 795k in 2006 right? did they default on it?
