What's going into escrow - Irvine and maybe some Tustin too

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program

Your right about 70 Rockport, I checked and saw it listed on your site but somehow missed it.

Any falling out of escrow in Northpark, NW Pointe, or Woodbury?

Ipop,

I was going to click on thankful thumbs up until I saw the K-State logo.

Not to worry, you’ll be taking that down and replacing it with an SC logo as soon as they lose to the Mighty Men of Troy.

Aw ten, you must be feeling down man... Here you go, a little lyrical pick me up:

Fight, you K-State Wildcats,

For alma mater fight, fight, fight!

Glory in the combat

For the purple and the white.

Faithful to our colors

We will ever be

Fighting, ever fighting

For a Wildcat victory. Go State!

Go Bruins!

Now, what would be funny is if CSF beats Wisc. That would be a miracle. But, the other miracle would be if KSU beats WISC, then they end up losing to G-Town. Finally this thread gets interesting.

Fullerton's got no shot. The Big West is full of cupcakes...

Whenever I think of CSF, my mind invariably wanders to Titan and Laker great Ced Ceballos. Whatever happened to that dude?! Probably running a club somewhere I bet...

The Titans hung with them for a good while. That Josh dude had a career night... CSF was just too darn small. Got killed on the boards.

Love the beatin' my Bruins put on Miss Valley. Gave the key guys lots of rest too...

I haven't seen anything go into escrow today. Everyone must be watching the tourney!

IPO,

Thanks for listing the price on coromande (and santa monica), i was expecting that it would sell at 670k, sold at 700 instead.

A nice house on Kimball fell out of escrow again(its the second or 3rd time), I dont understand why realtors/sellers dont insist on preapproved offers.

Mike

Run on Quail Hill McMansions, another hit escrow:

www.ipoplaya.com

Also had another place fall out. That trend appears to be increasing...

I think the one in Quail Hill is Vicara.

It seemed like quite a few of those we?re headed back to the bank.

Nice touch, throwing in the K-State fight song.

It was a dark day for SC hoops yesterday.

Getting embarrassed and losing to K-State was completely unacceptable.

No pride, whatsoever.

The days are dark for SC hoops perpetually Ten. Sorry to say it, but it's true...

Think about this, who are the best NBA players to come out of SC in the last decade? Here's what I came up with off the top of my head:

1. Robert Pack

2. Harold Miner

3. Brian Scalabrine

I think there are maybe 3 guys from SC in all of the NBA right now - Pruitt, Young and Scab...

Now the Bruins on the other hand, are an NBA machine. How many current NBA players does UCLA have? I can think of the following: Farmar, Kapono, B-Diddy, Matt Barnes, Earl Watson, Ariza, Gadzuric, and Hollins. There's got to be a couple of more I can't recall...

Might as well just start rooting for Bruins hoops my man!

I love Veal Scalapini... I'm sure Danny Ainge is quite regretful he signed that guy to a long-term deal. The best he's done in Boston is 4 pts and 2 rbs per game in almost 20 minutes a night a couple years ago. I could get two rebounds in 20 friggin' minutes. The ball with just hit you in the hands that many times if you are on the court for half the darn game!

LOL liz. I thread jacked my own thread... You guys are right, sorry.

On that apologetic note, I have a long-awaited close price for some on Sunnyvale in NP. $1.05M, which puts it firmly into 2004 territory and is a sub 200 CS index value. That is probably the low in terms of CS index in Northpark so it is hopefully a sign of acceleration into early 2004 and 2003 pricing.

www.ipoplaya.com

Thanks to an email from a reader, I also picked up a close on the CS index on Essex in NW Pointe. Essex closed at $670K in late Feb. Previous sale before that was the previous Feb for $815K. $145K gone in one year in one of the most premium parts of Irvine...

Many thanks skek. It's important for me to be in top whatever of everything I do! Luckily I can multi-task well, so the day job is safe, for now...

One new escrow on a condo in West Irvine (Sheridan) and another one falling out. Love to see those escrows collapse!

www.ipoplaya.com

Now that 18 Sunnyvale finally closed at $75K off list, we should be seeing substantial price cuts coming from 8 & 16 Sunnyvale. One more leg down and both could end up below the $1M mark.
