That decline has continued under Trump.

I agree Trump inherited that disgraceful trend, but through sheer MAGA winning, and 12-dimensional chess, he turned that trend around and the number of SNAP recipients has declined by more than 2 million on his watch.

High point was 47.2 million in 12/2012...by 1/2017...it was down to 42.7 million.  A decrease of 1.88 million between January 2016 to December 2016.  The decrease was 1.35 million between January 2017 to December 2017.
