BK, thanks for nailing it in head of what my true intentions were. I needed some time away to reflect and change. I really do hope that people can feel safe to share here without worrying about being embarrassed or judged when asking a personal financial question. Graphrix, everyone who knows you in person on IHB says that you are good guy at the core. I just wished that you would of gave me one warning. ACPME, I was a little confused about your comment that i asked personal questions about you via PM. Can you please share with all of us what these personal questions were that you felt was a little invading because i don't recall? Everything that i shared with you when we met at Starbucks about myself was truthful and sincere. I don't understand?

I am truly thankful to the people who supported me in midst of the doubts that was presented here. There are just too many good people here for Panda to just leave IHB. No worries... Panda is back.

Zovall's intention with IHB is for everyone to post without fear of being ridicules. This PANDA drama is an indication of this exact problem. There are hundreds of readers who lurked and never posted because of it. I will extend an olive branch to all the first time or newbie posters for not making fun of you even when you ask Graph's favorite question "what is Mello Roos?"

You know darned well that's he's not and I know that you had a ton of respect for him before he got ticked off at you.
