Another Parasol Parkor home just hit the market. Based on the family portrait photos in the living room, looks like a young couple who recently had a newborn. Guess they finally figured out this tri-floor design is not really conducive for raising a family properly. Just way too many stair steps and turns.
The second floor corridors feel very cramped. This 2097 sqft truly feels like 1400 sqft. The 3rd floor would be great for your teenager to throw pot parties because they can smoke on the outdoor balconies.
I really think they got the TV location wrong. It should be on the other wall in-between the two windows as opposed to the wall with a single window.
If a fire broke out on the first floor in the kitchen stovetop, and heat/smoke rises, I'm not sure if the 3rd floor occupant who may be sleeping overnight will have a chance. That person will have to make a jump.
