This is by far one of my favorite GP home. Nicely done and huge lot and great views.

It's unfortunate though as I don't think he'll get that asking price. $599/sqft?  This ain't OH3! Come on people.

Is this home being used as a birthing hotel? Who needs two washers?

Yet another spooked cemetery/homeless village runner in Beacon Park.  This one is so bad, the owner didn't even clean up the house. Shoes everywhere, unkempt bed sheets, mercedes still in the driveway, messy kitchen and bathroom countertops, Lysol toilet bowl cleaner on top of the toilet tank...

power cord running thru the middle of the small office....

wonder if theres a tenant in there.
I don't know if it's b/c BTB is calling attention to these BP homes, but there seems to be a ton of $$$$ BP homes on the market of late.
Who knows what Beacon Park hysteria BTB is fanning up over on Nextdoor and WeChat.

If FCB steer away from GP homes then that's all good with me. Less smokers, clothes hang out side and spit on the side walk as they talk loudly in their native languages.

Drying the clothes outside helps save energy?  ;) jk

Those are some racial stereotypes there...

Just sayin? like the way I see it with some that I see. There are other more polites and bettter etiquette FCB too. The really rich FCB families actually send their kids to ?How to be proper and etiquette school? believe it or not.

Then you should definitely vote No on B!

Another Parasol Parkor home just hit the market.

This home is really not conducive for raising a family properly. Just way too many stair steps and turns. The second floor corridors feel very cramped. This 2097 sqft truly feels like 1400 sqft. The 3rd floor would be great for your teenager to throw pot parties because they can smoke on the outdoor balconies.

I really think they got the TV location wrong. It should be on the other wall in-between the two windows as opposed to the wall with a single window.

If a fire broke out on the first floor in the kitchen stovetop, and heat/smoke rises, I'm not sure if the 3rd floor occupant who may be sleeping overnight will have a chance. That person will have to make a jump.

Good luck to them trying to get over $450/sf for a 3-level attached condo.  You can buy a 2-level detached condo that's a hair smaller for around the same price.

Notice the shutters are behind the window glass?  This laundry room is a separate building attached to the back of the house. More like a laundromat than part of the house because you have to exit the house to go to your own personal backyard laundromat. Also, there are multiple washing machine hookups like in a commercial laundry room. I think iacrenter is right, this house does appear to be a birthing center.

Yeah I noticed that. 2 washers in case 1 breaks! Hey, atleast they got all matching sets, not like the other home.

Another Parasol Parkor home just hit the market. Based on the family portrait photos in the living room, looks like a young couple who recently had a newborn. Guess they finally figured out this tri-floor design is not really conducive for raising a family properly. Just way too many stair steps and turns.

The architecture and landscaping are right out of Planet of the Apes.

A Primrose plan 2 just hit the market. This one is actually better because all living space on the 2nd floor and no third floor. Decor is rather colorful. Price is affordable for two millennials with half-decent jobs. But that HOA is killer. Oh, did I mention Balcony views of all your neighbors' garages. Who would've thought about that!
