Newer Irvine listings with crazy WTF asking prices from equity sellers

Yet another spooked cemetery/homeless village runner in Beacon Park.  This one is so bad, the owner didn't even clean up the house. Shoes everywhere, unkempt bed sheets, mercedes still in the driveway, messy kitchen and bathroom countertops, Lysol toilet bowl cleaner on top of the toilet tank...

I don't know if it's b/c BTB is calling attention to these BP homes, but there seems to be a ton of $$$$ BP homes on the market of late.

This one is interesting... a huge 2419sqft 3bed/3bath with elevator!...for a darn good price of $879K by today's standard. Hell you can't even get that at Delano for that price. But... it's been stuck on the market for over 100 days....  probably the tri-level curse?  But... it has elevator... it's supposed to alleviate parachute grandparents problem.

Finally these pictures are up. At $388/sqft in today's market, this is like the Hyundai Elantra!  Excellent value and great deal.

But I can't seem to tell because these must be the most stingiest parents. I mean, look at the dinky size of those cribs relative to the room.

The owners of this property are apparently huge Aaron Rodgers / GB Packers fans, as he is on the TV and also has a giant portrait in the office.. haha.

I actually love what they did for a kids room. Give kids plenty of space to be able to put stuff out on the carpet and play and have room to play/crawl.

OMG.  $480 HOA.

480 HOA with 5600/yr MR is pretty rough for a home like that.

but I think she meant more like,
"This two-story home at the Lanterns Community"
