New Car

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
I think a full size sedan gliding silently next to you is sexy creepy enough :)

And if I ever need to fit five bank robbers in a slow quiet getaway car.... I'm the driver

Apologies in advance if you get stuck behind an Avalon going 29 mph on Culver :)

Avalon is nice, but you should live a little, pick a car with some sex appeal and some "take my breath away" factors.

You should have pick a Sienna.  With those sexy double automatic sliding doors. those are real chick housewife  magnet. :)
SE only... ground kit... styled wheels... clear corner lights.... varooom!

thats a nice reclining seat in the 2015 sienna. may have to take a look at that thing.
DONT DO IT!!!!
You need to get one of these so your assistant can drive you and your VIP clients around.  With that recliner and ceiling mount flat screen tv, it's next best thing to a limo.

Too bad we didn't get this Odyssey in the US...

Price dropping again for Avalon Hybrid:

So now its $1500 cash back instead of $1000.  Gonna wait another month and see.  Expect price to plunge as we get a firm 2015 Avalon Hybrid release date.

Looking at '14 Avalon Hybrid with tech package, MSRP around $44k, sent out some feeler emails for $10k below MSRP.  Should be a good time to get a deal.  The 2015 models are already here, this should push deals through.  My last '11 Avalon was $10k below MSRP, crossing fingers.

You haven't get your new car yet?  You've been talking about it since June.

Right now with low gas prices, hybrids are not doing too well. You should get some nice deals.

That was the Genesis I posted in June... I'm still looking to get a deal on the Avalon Hybrid.  Most dealers I've emailed won't budge from $38k even with the '15 coming in.  With low gas prices, hybrids still command a premium over regular gas.  In no rush to get a new sedan, enjoying the internet haggling.  Who knows, maybe I'll need that Sienna soon if we add another junior ps9.

The 2014 Avalon Hybrid already has pretty good incentive like the one you posted (0.0% for 60 month, $1500 factory cash back) plus $1000 bonus cash, but there's not much 2014 Avalon hybrid inventory out there.  I did a quick search and not many dealer even got one in their inventory and this is probably why there's not much pressure for dealer to offer deep discount.

13 in stock within a 50 mile radius, you would think they want to unload, maybe my lowball was too low.  Longo has the most inventory, but my history with them is bad, they don't like to deal and always sense an annoying swag in the dealership.  Manhattan beach Internet fleet is entertaining my $37k offer but I might pass since I don't want to drive out there...

Manhattan beach is not that far.

How much is the Genesis? If it's cheaper than $37k just get it... prolly more features than the Avalon... although I'm particular to Toys.

Not really thinking about the Genesis, yes it looks better, but I want to hop on the hybrid train so the Avalon is the only choice.  There's the Buick but I don't want another American car after my 300.  Just got a counter from Manhattan Beach Toyota, they took $500 off their initial offer to $37,925.  I'm not gonna reply, see if they will bite again in a few days.  Longo just sent me a quote as well, looks like the average price is around $6200-6800 from MSRP.  I'll bite if someone can get me $7500 off MSRP.
