Damn 4300 and 4600? Same owner probably bought both homes in full cash.

Those rent are higher than most people's mortgage.  Why bother to do those expensive upgrades if you are going to rent it out.  Renting probably was an after thought.

BTW, did you COE and moving already?

Still in escrow but getting closer. :P

How has rennovating gone so far? Ready to move in?

This plan 2 is asking for $4600 with nice master bath upgrades.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7w81UpG-KWc

Gee. Could that wall be any closer to the window?

For some reason the wall looks closer than it should be. Not sure if it is just the camera angle or what but something looks off here? Unless that home wasn't spaced properly during the build out?

I'm almost done with the renovations but still have many things like closet organizers, landscaping to do before move in.

When I went to pickup the mails today notice that your street are now open.  With most of home's front door wide open, you can take a quick peek and see who opt for IP's flooring, paint upgrades etc.  Approx. 9 out of 10 home have standard flooring and white walls.  I guess most people are upgrading these after closing.

The workers must have been in there. Usually they lock up the doors when they leave.

Nahhh ... you're just saying that to deter the rest of us from snooping around your hood.

Haha, what's the point? I know for a fact that everyone in my neighborhood has snooped everyone's home. :P

No big deal...

Yep. The workers are busy going in and out, finish up the homes.  You can take a leisure stroll down the street and get a glimps of what your neighbors have done to their homes.  This is probably only time you can do this.  Once they are done and ready for walk through, all door will be closed.

What I saw so far is that very few homes have flooring or paint upgrades (about 1 out of 10).  Almost every home have California garage upgrade to a room.  Only two homes I saw so far (from both street, about 40 homes) with standard CA garage, and one home I saw with an optional CA storage roll-up door at CA garage.  I didn't see any with garage floor epoxy nor garage cabinet from the builder.

Yeah, I was surprised to see that almost everyone went with the upgraded room behind the garage. It is cool to see how everyone chooses their look.

On those CA Garages, did they provide and option to enter that converted room from the garage and not just from the backyard?

Seems strange for the only entrance to be from outside.

Yes, there is a optional door ($1100) from garage to the optional room.

Not many homes had got this optional door.  I only saw one home, mine, had this optional door.  :)

One of the home has that optional roll-up door at California garage and it is pretty cool.  It looks like a small roll-up garage door and opens to the back yard.  If you have one of those tiny Smart cars, you can drive it through your garage and straight into your back yard.

This is the same 68 Sycamore Bend post previously.  Looks like the rent is falling from $4300 to $4100.http://www.redwagonteam.com/idx/mls-oc14022889-68_sycamore_bend_irvine_ca_92620

What's up with all these rentals!

*nod* *nod*  I am surprised as to all the rentals in Mulberry of all places.  Is this the 3rd rental so far?  I lost count. Aren't they still trying to close phase 3 in Mulberry?

Only 2 rentals.  The one test posted is the same plan 1, 68 Sycamore Bend I post early but with price reduction.

When test post the rental, same thought went through my mind too.  Oh no, not another one.  >:(
