I like how these homes have a lot of windows but man.. enjoy the view of a.. brick wall.

Well, you put a home that's almost 3,000sf on a 3,000sf lot....you are bound to either see your neighbors or brick walls.

Graffiti artist can come in and paint rainbows or tress on your brick wall.

You know what, HOA actually allow owner to paint the interior of brick wall.  I always wonder why HOA allow this but paint some greens on the wall does sound pretty good.  I'm going to pitch this idea to my FCB neighbor. :)
 
The home is nicely designed.  Mulberry was one of my favorite models to tour.. but man.. just seemed like they designed it without the exterior walls in mind.

Damn, Irvine Pacific homes' backyards are getting smaller and smaller with every new development. What a joke!
 
So an extra foot over your head makes up for a 3000 sq ft home on a 3000 sq ft lot?  Nice!  So if they give us 11 ft ceilings, we'll have 6 inch setbacks?
