At least this home has some upgrades unlike the Plan 3 flip.  Honestly, I see a lot of these pop up as rentals...that's the way to go if you have no or very upgrades.  haha

You know what, HOA actually allow owner to paint the interior of brick wall.  I always wonder why HOA allow this but paint some greens on the wall does sound pretty good.  I'm going to pitch this idea to my FCB neighbor.

The home is nicely designed.  Mulberry was one of my favorite models to tour.. but man.. just seemed like they designed it without the exterior walls in mind.
