Any one want to rent in Mulberry?

These two Mulberry home are for rent.  These houses just COE and with some nice upgrades, then the owner just want to rent them out. :o

This plan 1 is asking for $4300http://www.redwagonteam.com/idx/mls-oc14022889-68_sycamore_bend_irvine_ca_92620

This plan 2 is asking for $4600 with nice master bath upgrades.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7w81UpG-KWc

Personally, I don't see what is the point of having such nice large windowed French doors when all you're seeing is the bare cinderblock wall 5 feet away. At that point, I'd rather live in an attached townhouse product. Its really sad to see what kind of "landscaping" is being done in these straight to rental market backyards.

That is also what dissuades us from buying new builds.

One of those Lyon lots in Woodbridge was like this and the sales person kept saying "Once you put in some trees and landscaping, it will look really nice".

Yeah, it's sounds like the music you hear in a football recruiting video.  :P  This guy needs a lesson or two from IR2 on proper music selection.

What?  You mean there are bad investments in Irvine?  LOL.

I hope the buyers of those rentals weren't told by their agent/s that these were good investment rental properties.  :o

It's so a woman can hang some really nice expensive curtains there.

For those of you who bought in IP's very small lot homes, pleas ignore her and repeat after me.

Our view is good enough, our lot is just enough, and doggone it, people like our homes.

Damn 4300 and 4600? Same owner probably bought both homes in full cash.

Those rent are higher than most people's mortgage.  Why bother to do those expensive upgrades if you are going to rent it out.  Renting probably was an after thought.

BTW, did you COE and moving already?
