That's it. Is Trump "levying war" against the U.S.? No, that's absurd. Is he "adhering to (our) Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort"? Again, clearly no, since we're not at war with Russia.

The left's argument that cyber-attacks directed by Russians against U.S. elections are the equivalent of war, again, falls short of any known definition.

While reprehensible, such attacks have been occurring for years with little or no response from successive administrations. If the suddenly bellicose Democrats really feel we are at war, they should go to Congress and declare one, as the Congress requires.

We'd ask them: What kind of war is this? When did it begin?

Its relativism.  This is been going on for decades on all sides.  To clutch your pearls and feign shock that the Russians are trying to influence ANY election is ridiculous.  Where was all the righteous indignation during the previous election which they undoubtedly tried to influence, or the one before that, if any one cares to look?  The point is most know this is common practice not a special case.  We are just as guilty, not condoning it but I am cynical enough to not care.

I do so love this article for it's MAX ROI (circa Dec 2016). It talks about some of the data available at that time - BONUS - all pre-inauguration - telling how no one could quantify how Them Rooskies involvement could have tipped the election since HRC was both a terrible candidate and a poor campaigner (don't let those facts go unnoticed) However...... Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay down buried in the story: Obama and McCain's campaign computers were invaded successfully by the Chinese in 2008.  Hoo boy, remember all the outrage that happened then?

Neither do I.

I'd be interested to see if anyone could bring up somewhere in the past 20 years where a visiting head of state openly rebuked the other head of state for unproven allegations of political, human right, or other outrage du jour to their face. Not saying it hasn't happened, just that this is all one giant nothing burger being made into Armageddon. Sweet jeeps when the outraged media compares this to the mass murder of Jews (Kristallnacht) you know the deep end of madness has been jumped into by some.

The timing of the indictment was perfect and gave Trump cover to go after Putin for the hacking...except he did nothing other than look like a little puppy trying to please his master. 

The contorted logic here is amazing and all based upon the premise that everyone is out to get Trump.  Maybe Trump is just an insecure blowhard that cannot make a proper commitment or stance.

It's pretty much the same thing that was said earlier this year, however since it's now clear that a 3rd party (not Them Rooskies) captured HRC's e-mails per sworn Congressional testimony, Trump is right in saying that it could be "other people" involved.

I'll say again that it's a Meh for me with Them Rooskies getting Podesta's and the DNC's e-mails. What would we have never have heard about, had they not openly shared the data with Wikileaks?

1) Russian meddling. (None of this would have been an issue if HRC won. Don't kid yourself)
2) DWS aggressively pushing to block Bernie Sanders candidacy. That's actual collusion.
3) Prior disclosure of debate questions with HRC. More actual collusion.
4) Homebrew servers that shared state secrets with a 3rd party and a convicted sex offender (Anthony Weiner)
5) Public business being done via fake accounts through unsecure e-mail (Gmail)
6) etc....etc... etc...

I'd say the same thing if Them Rooskies hacked the RNC as we all know their hands are no less dirty than anyone else's.  Snowden, and Manning may be traitorous SOB's who partnered with Assange to leak like a sieve, but better IMHO to be in the loop on it all than not.
