asian drivers don't use brakes because they are too short. also, they are very frugal and dont like wearing down brake pads. the young asians drive even more erratically because the muscle memory in their legs have been messed up by playing too much dance dance revolution.

<p>As for the IPD, I understand the need to stop people but I wish that they would start by given people warnings. If deterence is truly your goal, be visible and show people that you are there. </p>

He's usually there in the early morning. A few times during lunch hours when people are speeding from work for a quick bite. Rarely in the evening.

<p>Be thankful your officers have time to be pro-active...as opposed to re-active. Our response time to this parking complaint situation probably would have been 8 - 9 hours.....for the above ^^^ reasons....(well, not just murders, but all major crimes ie: burglary, assaults, robberies, etc)</p>
