[quote author="skek" date=1218599261]Graph, that was one of the greatest posts ever on IHB. In fact, if you ever need to abandon your current screen name, may I suggest cracker_box_boy? In fact, from now on, I dub thee Cracker Box.

I guess that is an improvement over graphcakes...

I'm actually partial to graphcakes.

[quote author="CalGal" date=1218616876]
. . . I am a part time resident of Anaheim now . . .

Ah, Graph, did you get a drawer? :-P

A drawer? I wish! I am happy there is a slot for the toothbrush in the toothbrush holder. Eh, I helped construct the 6' by 6' shoe display cabinet, yes... shoes only big glass cabinet display, that doesn't hold all the shoes cabinet. This freed up some closet space though, and allows for 3 hanging shirts and 2 hanging pants. Thank gawd for the both of us that I don' have to move all my clothes there. Otherwise an un-permitted closet space would be constructed above the balcony. I would have to kick some HOA a$$ but I would get it approved. Sadly I am a clothing pimp too.

Note to TIC: Need closet space, lots and lots of closet space. Add that to the list along with my actual lot larger than 10 sqft. of the home.

Really though... I happy to have the space I have, and I respect the space I encroach on. There are times to commandeer your space, and then there are other times when you need to let the space become its own space. It is a good balance, and because the balance is recognized now, it will be recognized later as well.

A guy who builds a shoe cabinet for the closet. Graph just jumped up a notch in my book.

Forget about all the knowledge he has contributed to this site - building a shoe cabinet to organize a closet out shines all the knowledge.

:-)

Graph is actually quite the handyman. He has taken the initiative to fix all kinds of broken things around my house, as well as helping build/move lots of furniture. And he only gives me a little bit of grief for having a giant cabinet dedicated to shoes.

Lots of closet space, FTW!

Nude (or was it bk?) posts a picture of Jimmy Choos. Ladies swoon. I point out shoe cubbies in Ipop's ex-house. Ladies swoon. C'mon man. It's all about the shoes.

Since you obviously don't understand the power of fabulous footwear, here is a house listing to make fun of instead:

This is the only picture. I think the realtor gets the "lazy" award for the day.

The bank isn't messing around with pricing.

I think skek fears that his wife will see this thread and next weekend he will be building a giant shoe cabinet. Answer the phone skek, it's Nordstroms calling about the unusual activity on the credit card in the shoe department. Just suck it up and go buy the cabinet after work, and no... I am busy every day, so I can't help you build it. :-P

[quote author="skek" date=1218693979]To be fair, it was graph's post on which I was commenting. CalGal and Cayci's got in there in the meantime.

Ok, I feel better. :-)

I'm thinking that the mostly-incoherent blurb on space and balance was a product of 4 o'clock in the morning and perhaps vodka. Sorry, Graph.

[quote author="Trooper" date=1218697398]G - love the box boy story ! Hey, we arrested that Screetch guy a few months ago.... he's nothing to be proud of.....imo.

Dustin Diamond? I thought his claim to fame ended with this sex tape?

But NOOOOOO, there's more. Apparently he needed to write a tell all book "Behind the Bell", which spins a tale of sex, drugs, and random debauchery.

At least he knows better now.

But apparenly my Google-fu skills are not as honed as cracker_box_boy_G_whatever! so I must ask the question -

Wat he do?

Well, he is of course "innocent until proven guilty"....and the arrest is public information....but still, I hesitate to post. Sooooo, check your PM ! ;)

What, the folks at TMZ didn't catch wind?

I'm sure they were busier with Paris or Lindsay.

Weirdest celebrity arrest: Eve for DUI, she crashed her Maserati ! The odd part? she got bailed out by Sean Penn ! (Things that make you go Hmmmmm......)

First, I thought maybe it was just this room, but click through and see what 900 grand will get you!

www.flylady.net. That's all I have to say.

OMG. If I ever live that way, I give each and every one of you permission to shoot me.

That is unreal! And the realtor should be shot for listing this house at that price.

Even Zillow has it valued at only $442,000 - and Zillow is usually on the high end.
