Looks like this GPN azn resident getting out quick after barely settling in. That landscaping looks hideous.

Come on man. They already rescinded the plan...nothin' to be afraid of no more.

What are thoughts regarding the bedsheets? (If any)

It's evident that they put very little effort and planning into their yard. Concrete was poured only to be able to walk leaving the rest soil. That living rug looks too small for the size of the room, almost like they got it at the clearance rack for 50% off and that was the only size they had.

The rainbow sheets are a nice touch.

Any thoughts about the furniture? Would it be better with out?

I want to say remote owners with their high school or college kids there but then there is the raised garden bed next to the house.

The one bedroom has the bed which clearly just has the comforter through over it so the room really is sitting there empty.  The photos that are up are of young kids, which makes me think the owner is actually empty nester grandparents/grandparent but then the kitchen counter has both a keurig and a nespresso on it?

Maybe a fdup pied a terre with a college kid living and a roommate in the 3rd bedroom and the parents having main bedroom on demand when they show up so the kid has to keep it cleaned up?

If that was your house, would you stage it or leave it how it is?

I would have staged it better. The poor pictures, angles, and the way it is staged is proof these guys spent 2-3 days cleaning out the house and rushed to get this onto MLS as fast as they could. These guys probably moving to EW/OH.  ;D

I think we all can agree this home isn't professionally staged at all cause it's fugly as hell. These pics were put together by the owner. The owner probably said to his realtard: "I'm not fuckin' spending another dime on this house. Here are the pictures, put them up and get this house on MLS!"

Secondly, 99% of investors do not move in and then try to flip it the next month. Some proof of residency are the following objects:
-the weight scale in the bathroom
-the semi-filled pantry. it's clear this family doesn't cook much at home.
-paper towel and soap in the laundry room
-shoe rack in the garage
-the shelf full of ornaments and decorations in the bedroom speaks old people.
-second bedroom with a lcd tv and a yellow forever21 bag demonstrates a teenage girl living there.
-third bedroom with a bunch of walgreens vitamins on the nightstand REALLY proves this is an AZN house.  ;D

Probably the only item that looks like it came from the realtard's inventory for staging are the dining table and chairs.

It's pretty evident. This family is definitely SPOOKED about tent city.

- You missed the big air filter in the bedroom or is that a fan? (I can?t tell)
- I like the garage: custom cabinets and epoxy flooring
- the kitchen and bathroom looks modern

I know it's Irvine, but I have a hard time believing that's not a $100K condo.  Honestly, if that's my choice for SFR, I'd rather have a condo.

And which house is it?  There's two front shots one coming down the street and one from out front and it's of two different houses.  It's actually the house that backs the models.  Don't ask me why looking down the street to the other house.

Yea it's 2000sf, but ... bleeeech.  Did they not show some rooms?  Okay, it's detach.  The yard looks to be ten feet deep and offers impressive views of the 20 ft high side of your neighbors house.  Could you squeeze a kids playset or firepit in there?

Sadly, the garage looks pristine and the best feature of the house.  Don't ask me why google shows the Porsche parked on the driveway?

As for staging, egads yes.

I have been saying this and many others on TI. They should have something for the helping the veterans versus the cemetery. Maybe like job training site, which will be good for business all over. Let?s be honest, they are serving the country. But when they come back to the population they might need training. (Some do and some don?t)

But offering veterans affordable is good.

Oh oh, this just gets better and better.

Hold on to your horses, the "riff raffs" are finally coming to GP one way or another! Not the homeless, but they're still riff raffs.  ;D

Supervisor Spitzer:
I am announcing today that I have partnered with Irvine Mayor Donald P. Wagner to assess, pursue and fast-track opportunities for Veteran?s and Women?s permanent housing at the County owned West Alton Parcel at the intersection of Irvine Blvd. and Alton Parkway.

This agreement comes at a time where the entire County has joined in a concerted movement to site and build affordable permanent housing that blends into the aesthetics and housing stock of specific communities and resolves and addresses the need for permanent supportive housing and not temporary structures of tents.
