I think tha Hoa has rules on street parking but to be honest... Probably wont see families moving into these extended rooms. It doesn't have a kitchen. They'll probably be single guys.

Woodbury & Stonegate east are only between Sand Canyon & the 133.

Those are not the Cypress Village East mentioned in another thread. The interesting part is that TIC/IP is building a community in the Great Park. Maybe test will have more info on this.

It's the only thing on that map that I didn't already know about and hadn't seen on any plans. New information = more interesting than old information.
