Potential side effects aside, It does not prevent transmission and infection as in the traditional definition of a vaccine(I think it is more a immunity booster than a vaccine) So even if you are jabbed and want to be responsible, it is still better to practice social distancing and wear masks and keep good hygiene like washing your hands often.
