Homer, nice picture of you BTW- I see that you love and care immensely for your six pack :-)

I can finally fit in my Mini Cooper  ;)

Good to know, and since it rolled into the lot without breaking apart, you must have knocked off more than 10% of your original size. Good going Homer- so proud of you :-)

One of my neighbor is Korean, and has a very pregnant wife, and he is looking very ripped.. and I peeked in their kitchen, they have that ooh-la-la rice cooker too. Just saying. I smiled, he smiled back. I waved, he waved back- so it can't be you.

oh those are so good - i like the four cheese and the sharp cheddar flavors.

I am not keeping count any more, but eating healthy, and on need basis. A protein bar, a protein shake, a salad and half a pack of two digestive cookies with hot chocolate or coffee.. then some whole grains for dinner.. some steamed vegetables on the side. Not very clean, but not bad.

Not just feel, I AM healthy :-)

A month ago, I blacked out at gym. Don't know if I posted on TI about it.. Then Mr.CZ insisted that it was all due to caloric restrictions and carb cutting. A day later, I had dizzy spells and vision confusion. Went to the doctor. He screened me for everything from pregnancy to cancer, and all the vital levels in between. A+ on all, changed the doctor when he suggested brain MRI. Went to ENT specialist, he confirmed that it has nothing to do with my brain, it's only TMJ..:)

I'm glad you guys feel healthy.

I feel uncomfortably fat and disgusting. Not cute whatsoever. HOWEVER.

I received the news that a man who saw me the other day thinks I'm "woah" - just his type. Only problem is he is a 50-something, greasy, nasty slob and confirmed bachelor. I believe he still lives with his mother. I don't know if I should be flattered or thoroughly grossed out. Judging by the look on my husband's face when he gave me the news i.e.:  :D , I'll go for the latter.  ??? The guy actually had the nerve to walk into my husband's office, look at the framed photo(!) of the two of us on his desk, and ask about his hot girlfriend. (My husband does indeed wear a wedding ring. I don't know where this mistress business is coming from.) Better the mistress than the ol' ball and chain, I suppose.

ANYWHO.

Now I feel creepy all over and a little sick to my stomach. Life has gone downhill since the compliments started coming from the likes of this guy and the old school janitor.

I think it's time for a Green Tea detox just like the old days .
