bones said:Saw the Heights. Thought the floor plans were only ok. They REALLY emphasized the outdoor/indoor living in these floor plans which is great for entertaining but not sure if it suits my everyday lifestyle. Because of this emphasis on outdoor/indoor living, the downstairs space felt small to me. There is also no flex space downstairs and sometimes, the great room felt small. I really liked the tiny "mud alley" or "drop zone" in the Ridgecrest floor plan from the garage entry. Great for my sandy/dirty kids to take off all their crap before entering the house.
Every plan also had optional structural buildout items so I suspect in the later phases, these will be well past $1M after you opt for the california rooms, the master retreat buildouts, the loft buildouts, the cool pocket sliding doors they have everywhere, etc.

36: $970,995 (4,827)
Cascade -2714 to 3056 sf
30: $949,995 (4,828)
38: $969,995 (6,258)
32: $989,998 (5,503 - corner home on CDS facing Alton)
33: $1,019,995 (5,360 - corner home with no house behind on CDS facing Alton)
Summit - 2695sf
35: $954,995 (4766)
29: $959,995 (5104)
37: 959,995 (5644)
Lottery to be held Saturday for these homes. Biggest lot in development is 9,387 sf. Not sure what the slope on that home is though. Most range in the 4000s-5000s. Some 6000s - 7000s. I have a site plan that I'll upload later.
I should also caveat that i don't know if any of the above pricing includes structural upgrades. They are already framing these so I suspect some lots may include optional cali rooms or a loft buildout, etc.

Looks like about the same pricing as the early phase of Sagewood / Whistler in PP and lots size seems little smaller on average. Even though it doesn't have MR, I would have thought they would price it at a noticeable discount compared to PP.

Iho, are you in love with Bones? Or Homie? I'm confused.
Is this even a question? Homie of course. BTW - Homie and I were just doing banker bonding and plotting about ways to get our kids into Stanford - nothing to be jealous about.
