Good job! Stay on course :)

Hey, Iho. I get it. Once you have kids, the abs are never the same, am I right? You have had 2. We can sympathize.

Thank you. For me, losing is easy but keeping it off long-term is hard. I think I've realized I will have to count calories for the rest of my life.  :( I'm just not a person who stays at a good weight "naturally" anymore. But if I have to do it forever then I'll just suck it up and do it (I hope!)

That's all of us. The key is go 5 lbs below your goal weight, and enjoy life.. when you gain 10, count calories, get rid of that weight again.. the way it works is, slog summers and gain winters :P

Good strategy, CZ.

I am looking forward to my next update. I only have half a pound to go until I reach my 10 lb. milestone. Totally doable for the next check-in.

To answer the previous question about weighing ourselves, for me it's: As soon as I wake up in the morning before I eat or drink anything, every day or every other day. Same "lucky spot" on the tile each time.  :-[

I've lost 30 lbs since the start of the March challenge.

Unfortunately, it's the same 2 lbs repeatedly as I seem to be on a 2 lb yo-yo at my beginning weight.  up 2 lbs, down 2 lbs, down a lb, up 3 lbs, down 2 lbs.

Today, I was weighing in because I forgot to baseline yesterday. Woke up, feeling nice and light, you know that feeling right?  Nada, not only nada, I'm on the up yo-yo portion.  WTH.

I can see I'm going to have to get biblical on the calorie tracking.  Time to re-review the app thread.

30 since March is great! Are you closer to goal?
What are you eating, how are you working out? Please share more details.

:-\ here is what I understood: I lost 30, I am trying to lose more- but stuck in a rut.
Then using the NSR system of measurement...  I've lost at least 100lbs... the same 2-3 lbs every day.

Don't forget you weekly update tomorrow! How are things going? Still in the same routine? Noticing any changes? Progress since March?

I think you didn't read the rest of his post.

I read it all. I thought he meant he lost 30 but lately the last 2 lbs. have been stubborn.

That's what I thought too.
IHO, going by that logic, I have lost at least 50 lbs this month.. and gained 51 ;-)

My April update: 1235 active minutes (at gym and fitness walks)
Abs: same old story
Weight: I will take a sharpie and write the weight I think is best and discard batteries of my machine.
