2453 Riverside Dr. New Floral Park Foreclosure

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
[quote author="bkshopr" date=1234410861][quote author="tmare" date=1234410169]BK prefers to let people do Google searches trying to find Diane Keaton's childhood home address. If you find it, you know where he lives. Personally, I give up, so knowing he lives in Floral Park is enough for me, as far as next door, no I don't think so, just near.</blockquote>

I am much closer to you than you think!

Diane Keaton's Childhood address is not listed in Google. The closest is SA College where she attended and SA High. I have a Year book from her senior year 1964.

Ten, I currently can hear the train from 2 miles away. Please do not move to FP or Park Santiago because I do not want to hear your headboard.</blockquote>

I KNOW that it's not listed on Google :ahhh:

It is in Google Earth with a huge Caycifish tree in my backyard. AntiIHO garage position. It is on the most quiet street of FP. The house has perfect symmetry where the left side is exactly the same as the right side.

Here is a trivia for IHB posters which house in all of Irvine has perfect symmetry?

Hint: Frontal garages ruined perfect symmetry.

does it have to be symmetrical both interior and exterior?

i'm guessing it can't be in any of the front garage tracts which means its some form of alley-loaded detached condo or a custom.

Very good job Acpme but not quite perfect symmetry.

Smart analysis and you know products well.

Citrus has a gable roof over one and shed roof over another garage.

Shady house has localized symmetry where the front door is at the middle of the home and window composition is in balance but not exactly the same for both sides. The windows at the second floor are not symmetrical.

How do you determine the quietest street? Are you accounting for crows, parrots and park/creek noise? Because then you don't live on Riverside Dr. I sort of think I know which house it is and that I've met you and your wife a few times.

not all the citrus homes have different roofs over the separate garages. although you're right its not entirely symmetrical anyway because the bedroom over the garage is connected over one of the garages but the other garage has nothing above it to form the inner courtyard.

what about calpac's sienna in woodbury east. hard to find good pics since it got mothballed.

Correction on the purchase date, although the paperwork doesn't show it, it was about 20 years ago. I think but don't know that the current bank took over in 2000 for 367K.

Symmetry is beautiful. It is often associated with power, prestige, and order.

We will see this in many custom homes like the one Acpme posted. 99.99% of the time production homes can't achieve this balance and grace.

I am impressed! You found the second one. You are quite resourceful. The home in the picture looks very good after completion. Size does not matter. It is how the composition is being use. The elevation composition is graceful for a small modest size house as compared to my posted pictures.

Asian home shoppers prefer symmetry and order.

Interesting! where and when?

Acpme,

Nice

wonderful

gorgeous

(Having an heart attack being rush to ER after viewing Grand Daddy)

Grand Daddy's gable with a circular goop is not even on the same wall plane with the second story door and windows. Columns are out of proportion to thin guardrail. The middle white frame of the slider window alienates the transom window above by having 2 separate window systems that do not relate to one another.

so i take it you don't like my most recent icon which was to take one of the grand daddys and plop it down on ocean blvd of CDM. i feel it adds a lot of character to the neighborhood.

Now I see your clever avatar in detail. That is why there is a story pole mandate for new constructions.

Frank Not Right's Fallen Water?

Word is that today, Michael Ness (from the band Social Distortion) came in to the Seven Gables office and is making an offer on this house. He has owned several Spanish style homes in the neighborhood over the years.
