But prices seem to be at the top (see Delano). It's sort of mind boggling, who would ever thought a small lot 3br/2.5ba would get over $1m in Irvine?
Who says it will?
It actually has. The plan3 with $1m+ townhome is already sold out.
Now, we shall see how the resale will do. There is one out now and I doubt it will sell at the listing price.
But you never know.. This whole Delano show has been a crazy ride.
For some one who don?t live there and own any in Eastwood, you sure have a lot of interest in it and know everything that going on in Delano. But go on tell us more......I need the truth.
This is 21st Century and we access almost anything anytime with an invention called, Internet.
I can just check out the status from their website for Delano:

They show you the pricing, availability, lots with sold prices and so on.
You can have the same or similar type of access to any new construction. Some homes do not have enough materials, then you just call the sales office. They will tell you everything you want to know.
If you got some time, go visit the model homes. I'm sure someone who is or has been interested in buying/investing will do the same and has as much or better knowledge and information.
I researched enough for GP homes as well. They have a nice website and videos:
