Where are we headed?Irvine home prices?

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
At the world's greatest melting pot known as Disneyworld Orlando, I have seen:

1) Poor white trash straight out of Deliverance politely giving up a seat at a crowded show to a senior citizen without even being asked.

2) Rich mainland PRC nationals sitting in the reserved handicapped seating in the front row at the same crowded show and refusing to give up the seats despite being told by park staff they can't sit there.

Morals as Mety pointed out.

Definition of Moral: a person's standards of behavior or beliefs concerning what is and is not acceptable for them to do

Seems like another anecdotal data point.  Would it help if I have seen the opposite?

I've seen plenty of white people with attitude issues. Younger ones drive like they are drunk and the car looks kind of stolen. Not to mention older ones all have their F-150 with yuge wheels and drive like they are better than the ones with Prius. And is that KKK still around?

I've seen plenty of Asians smoking in front of parks and kids. This happens more with older ones and they take off with their leased Porsche and they park backwards in streets while they put nothing in their garage.

I've seen plenty of Persians with their bling bling clothes and  they play wannabe hip hop music so loud from their Maseratis and they somehow think they are all white with their dyed blond hair though some look more Mexican.

I've seen plenty of Indians from Delano model homes and they are probably calculating the square footage of every corner inch and thinking it's not worth MAX ROI because they will need that extra bedroom for their mother-in-law. And boy, are they such a complainer!

I've seen plenty of South Americans who check out other people's wives and speak in Spanish thinking we won't understand, but they forgot to remember we all take Spanish classes in high school so we understand fair enough to know what they are saying. But I gotta give one credit. they are the ones who will come and help when you are stuck on the road with flat tires.

And I just have not seen enough black people in this hood. Is the city controlling demographics too?

I can go on and on. Everyone has issues and it does not matter what race/ethnicity you are. There are more Chinese in town these days so it seems like only Chinese are the ones causing all the issues. BTW, why are those Chinese realtors force you to sign up your name and email all the time at the open houses? They're so annoying!
Well Said, BTB couldn't have done better

Nothing like those new home sales agent...holding those brochures as hostage until you fill out the cards.

I don't know if someone already mentioned, but didn't the interest rate fall a little bit from last week?
I'm not sure how much impact it will have in Irvine RE market, but definitely proves most people's prediction was wrong.

Disneyworld Orlando, I have seen:

1) Poor white trash

I didn't that group could afford Disneyworld. Usually they're at home saying how awful the globalist elitist company is and saying you couldn't pay them to go.

As for rude people in Irvine, it's the younger 20-something always in a hurry - all ethnicities. The hotter the weather, the worse it is.

weekly fluctuations don't matter that much because you lock rates like 30-60 days out.  The trend is up up up.

One of my buyers just locked in a 30-year rate at 4.125%.

Change the thread to racial profiling.

I thought this thread was about home prices prediction in Irvine.

Seriously. I just went all out to end their whining.

Back to the subject, this is where it's headed.https://www.redfin.com/CA/Irvine/77-Henson-92602/home/146200060

You posted a re listing. Is this a hidden message?  ;)
