Have you been watching The Walking Dead? Woodbury is in the storyline now... the Governor isn't as crazy as the comic book one... but it's an interesting take on him.

I also am trying to watch The Americans... it's a bit weird watching a show with old technology and spycraft and you are rooting for the "enemy".

Justified is probably my favorite show right now... makes me talk with a Southern accent.

Been watching The Walking Dead since the start of the series. The B+W version is interesting. Might re-watch some of the episodes, time permitting. This Sunday's was one of the best. The show gets stronger each season.

Since Rick, the Governor, and the guy in Sunday's episode are all Englishmen who speak with a Southern drawl, it makes me wonder if the reverse is possible. Can someone with a pronounced Southern accent act with a passable proper English accent?

Who's watching "Gypsy Sisters" on the trashtastic network TLC?

I've just recently begun watching. I hope you didn't miss Mellie's wedding. She's a feisty one, that Mellie. Always binge drinking and brawling whomever or whatever will take it. She had a fit walking down the aisle, throwing things, cussing up a storm, and sobbing.

Here is the pregnant bride on her glorious day.

Saw the girls perform on American idol. There is like 7 of them that are really good. I think my favorite is probably Aubrey cleland followed by Angie miller and amber Holcomb and Kree Harrison. Too many to choose from.

My favorite guy is burnell Taylor. Like Nikki minaj said last week, I'd pay to see him sing

Zoanette scared me again. Shiver me timbers. Her performance was a hot mess.

Love Kree - she's my fav girl - but didn't like the arrangement of her song. I'm a Faith Hill fan and never heard it sung like that. Didn't care for it. She's capable of better.

I'm starting to like Breanna a lot.

Top 10 guys perform tonight.

Hopefully Zoanette gets kicked off tomorrow but there is always VoteForTheWorst.

I think the girls that will make the final 5 are Amber (sang the Whitney song), Kree (dark haired country singer), Angie (the one who plays the piano), Candice (big voice) and either Aubrey or Adriana.

I'll guess my top 5 guys after tonight's show but I like Vincent and Curtis... but wasn't too impressed by Burnell. Two of my favorites were eliminated last week, Bryant and the Turbanator, Gupreet.

I'm eagerly awaiting Curtis to work his magic tonight.  :) He's got this one. I hope he will do some Luther Vandross or Motown. If he's going the gospel route -- maybe Bebe Winans (question mark).

To a lesser degree, I am also looking forward to seeing Burnell. I am a John Legend fan and I see he's really got a bit of that in him. My hope is he'll do one of the better Legend numbers than he did last time. I'd like to see him do "Save Room", "Ordinary People", "PDA We Just Don't Care" or "Heaven". Something off the newer "Wake Up" album would be good for Burnell.

Now if only Breanna would try something by Sade next week (No Ordinary Love / Smooth Operator / By Your Side / etc.) She would do an amazing job.

I still think Kree has the greatest potential. I wish she'd do Melissa Etheridge (Come To My Window / I'm The Only One).

I can't quite put my finger on Charlie but he, surprisingly, did a job well done last week!  :o I enjoyed his strangeness. I have no idea what songs he should sing.

They guys aren't as good as the girls.

Charlie was horrible... and the rule of thumb is fast songs don't get you into the final 10.

I think the top 4 will be Burnell (I still think he sings and sounds strange), Curtis (good preacher-style singing but I've concluded that I don't like his personality), Vincent (good personality but his singing was off last night), Devin (plays to the Hispanic market... ahem... qwerter) and then not sure who goes in that 5th spot. I still don't like the Mexican/Chinese kid (forgot his name) and the bald guy with the smiley face who plays the piano just seems weird to me. It will probably end up being Lazaro because of his story and while he sings good... I don't think he's at the level of the other 4.

OMG, I am laughing.  :D Sorry to say but that guy gives me the heebie jeebies.  ???

Awwww, Curtis. He was no Joshua Ledet. He did alright but he didn't blow me away as he did earlier in the show. He's got a really cute smile, though. I'm holding out hope he does better next time.

Burnell was my favorite of the night. Hated the 80s throwback outfit, though. The kid's got pipes.

Elijiah - the ChexMex kid - really surprised me with how well he did!! I never even noticed him before last night. Good job.

On paper, I would think I would love Vincent. However, every time I see him, I tell myself I can see why he is a backup singer. Backup being the operative word there.

I thought Nicky was way too hard on Cortez. To me he never had a personality prior to last night. But I thought he actually did really well.

Charlie was a mess inside & out. I thought Ryan handled it like an idiot. Charlie just got done quivering his lip, saying he felt like he always had to put on a happy face for others when that's not really what lies inside. So what does Ryan do? He says, "Let's see that smile...!"  ::) I don't blame Charlie for handing him the mike and walking off.

The rest of them put me to sleep. Unremarkable.

its kind of interesting (to me at least) that there are two hispanic guys in the top 10, normally i dont even think you get 1 in the top 20. since i got on the topic of race, a show that i watch religiously, the Real World on MTV, always has a white cast, with 1 black guy, 1 black girl and the token gay person. but never any hispanics, or asians actually. there have been the occassional hispanic people on the show, but considerably less than black people.  interesting.

Honey Nut Cheerios?

Breanna looked mad about not getting into the top 10.

I don't think Paul Jolly should have been top 5 guys... but I can see why he got voted in (although I don't think he's girl heart throb capable). I prefer Vincent or even Elijah over him.

I also don't think Janelle should have got in over Aubrey... they should have made it a top 12?

Looks like no WGWG winner this year... the girls are stronger... so either Kree or Candice if we're going by voice alone.

I was a Real World fan a number of years... err, decades(!) ago - eeks - but I'm thinking of the San Francisco cast. Pedro + Rachael = 2 Hispanics. Pam = Asian. Mohammed = Black. So, that's 4 minorities total. Cory + Judd + Puck = 3 whites.

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, 78% of the country is white (63% non-Hispanic whites), 16% Hispanic, 13% black, and only 5% Asian.

Out of 7 cast mates, the mix actually seems quite high by comparison to the demographics! Also have to take into account how many applicants from each group.

I don't know who Lala Anthony is but, imho, Breanna is a lot prettier. From that photo, this Lala person's eyes -- looks like they are going to fall out of her head -- reminds me too much of Nicole Richie whom I honestly don't find attractive.

She is the wife of Carmelo Anthony, a big time basketball player for the new york Knicks and yeah she does kind of look like nicole richie, good call.

Do you think Nicole Richie is attractive? Just curious what men think of her. I keep up with the rag mags and it seems most women don't think so but with guys you never know...

yeah i think the was the outlier season.  it just seems like black is the preferred minority for the show vs hispanic/asians.
