Terrazza vs Legado

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
@Anteater Bruin - My guess is the Terrazza 2X homes that will be built at the top with the single loaded streets will be priced below 1.1. I'm not sure what your move-in timeline is, but Terrazza should be sold out by the end of the year. Good luck with your search!

My source says orchard hills is getting a super stater brothers.

Say it isn't so!  Super Stater Brothers does not belong in Orchard Hills,  Stater Brothers just seems like a depressing supermarket.

But if you park in the back it has an amazing view.

Stater Brothers?  There goes the neighborhood.  Look at the bright side, all the rednecks from Tustin will come shop there.

Its all about getting more for your shrinking dollars. Their steaks is as good as any prime cut at a considerable lower cost. I don't have to spend 50 bucks in steaks at Costco and cook just one piece and freeze the rest.

The last time I shop at Whole Food, the crap taste just the same, spent $100.00 bucks I carried out 3 small items. So my brain keep on trying to convince me that, oh but has to be better for you because its organic. But my heart such ache a little. So I welcome Stater Bros.

Now more than ever before, I see organic labels on alot of things. Dog food, cat food. Is label really that important? To me its maybe / maybe not.

Forget Whole foods, Stater Brother, Ranch 99. What we need in Irvine is a Northgate Gonzales Market for that location.
