I was only joking, but it was my wife who claimed that the stairs in the house don't count. Then again it is a spiral staircase  :P
 
8 Gardenia went pending!  That sure did take a while (11/14 initial list date).  This should be a textbook case of what not to do to sell a home.

Nope, I'm looking for a 3-car garage single-story home....a true unicorn.  That house needed way too much work anyhow.  I'm curious what the closing price will need up being.
 
This one might have 3-car garage, can't really verify from the pics.  But check out this pool in the backyard.

Already went pending.  I agree it was very nicely done, but I'm a big fan of greys and whites so I really like the color scheme.  Not for everyone but if I had $1.8M sitting around I probably would have made an offer.

Sold for $1.78 million in 2004 and now pending around the same price?  Subtract out $100,000 in closing expenses.  What a great investment this was.

Are you ok with house on the back overlooking your house straight down?  However, the house looks very BRIGHT, nice and open with 3 car garage.  Needs little updating throughout the house.

Based on the above, am I guessing the correct single story home?=)

I'd have to sell off all my fun cars to swing one of those Emerson single story homes, but the house I found checks off 90% of the boxes for me.  I'm going to remodel it before I move in, including putting a lift in the single door garage space so I can fit 4 cars in there.  ;)
