Selling IPO

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
I'm really confused. Is Graph a chick, a flaming dude (nothing wrong with that), or a dude that happens to catch a lotta crap from people?

What, did you think they were graph's "drawers"?</blockquote>

Cayc, shame on you! You swore you wouldn't let Graph's secret out of the bag... Now everyone is going to know he wears frilly lacey t-backs under his Kirkland jeans! :)</blockquote>

What!? Kirkland jeans? Are you serious? I am a born and raised OC native, only true religion jeans will touch this a$$.</blockquote>

<em>Mental note to self, graph made no protest re: the t-backs, only the Costco jeans. Hum...</em>

10% option B and 90% option C... :)

"For my wife"... Uh, lucky you snuck that one in my brutha CK or you'd have been in a world of hurt right about now. Graph probably would have asked you out on a date. He likes hot dudes in blue high heels.</blockquote>

You must be hitting the bottle bud. First you say the too cute for me companion, and now you're saying it's a dude. So either you like dudes in heels too, or you just insulted one hot fish. Slick move there. Even some of Ten's worst rookie moves were not that bad. After the Wednesday IHB buffet special you might watch out for what other .jpgs I have in store for casa de Ipo. :coolhmm:</blockquote>

Makes perfect sense to me, Cayci is indeed too cute for you (whether or not she was wearing those shoes I did not notice) and you like dudes in pumps... I know you've got this poster somewhere in your house:

<img src="http://www.ipoplaya.com/graphlove.jpg" alt="" />

CK is taken though, so no matter if he gets some shoes like that or not, you'll have to stand down Grapher.</blockquote>

Whoa --- that picture is not exactly what I had in mind when requesting those heels in the contingency!

Damn IPO, by posting that pic you have just twisted beyond all recognition a perfectly innocent little fantasy I was having involving my wife, an IHB baby T, some 4 inch heels, and an open house at 62 Knollwood! Man, I'll never be able to look at your house the same again. All I will see is that guy standing at the foot of the staged mini-bed in there.

Careful C, with thinking like that, you'll end up with another kid and you'll have to have more square footage. You'll never get your own place then!

Although, I'd have to say that some similar thoughts crossed my mind, with Ms. IPO of course, not Ms. CK. In MLS, there is a convenient status change of "Hold Do Not Show" which theoretically keeps all the agents away, leaving the staged mini-bed free of possible interruption, wink wink... Unfortunately, I think the staged beds are inflatable mattresses on tall faux frames, and not very good for much besides staging.

Noted: Do not drink the water at Ipo's house, it can <em>really</em> cost you.

Blah, what is the fun in that when you don't risk being caught? That is why the doors have locks, and yours works. The new home models have better beds for staged homes, but the big builders don't even have doors. So, you can go to the smaller builders who install doors with working locks on their models. :coolsmirk:

Graph is a cake. You can find him between the Nutter Butters and the Ding Dongs on aisle 9. Right next to hatmaking supplies/aluminum foil.

At Bristol Farms or the 99 Cent store? :)

Bro, I?m glad to hear you make that statement about True Religion.

Hands down, the most compliments I receive are on my boot-cut, distressed washed True Religion Jeans.

Worth every penny of that $300 price tag, IMO.

Real sign of progress, next you need to ditch that 3-series immediately.

You definitely don?t want to be like everyone else.

Follow my path to true social approval here in the OC.

Go with either a customized E65 or E63, nothing below that.

Here?s what I recommended to 25w100K in his should my parent?s Heloc their house thread.

They've got a black one just like it in the Irvine BMW showroom.

Hurry, They finance!

OT: Nice screen name AP1 or AP2?

</blockquote>

AP2. Do you have an S2K too?

Yes. AP1. Don't let biscuitninja know what you drive, he thinks his E36 can outrun all Hondas.</blockquote>

[highjack]

Pssh ... my latest kill was an Audi R8 by 3 cars in less than an 1/8 mile.... It was ugly, it was some asian guy with a VERY hot asian GF. Was very cool though.

[/highjack]

good luck

Uh... that would be me with the E36. Bix drives a mustang that could beat an S2000 with a 15 car length head start. I tend to beat S2000 drivers, because they are usually so bad it is like racing a 16 year old with a blindfold on. At least civic drivers have a little more skill.</blockquote>

Oops, I knew it was one of you old timers. Rustang's go fast in a straight line. Don't turn that well. E36 vs. S stock for stock is probably a driver's race.

I've seen 10 second civics hang with Viper's.

Older M's are nice. I will be in the market for an E39 soon. It's a tank, but a classy one with 400 hp.</blockquote>

Stop digging...

While fox bodied cars is ideal as a straight line vehicle, I decided to make it open track (American Iron NASA race car). I can hang with almost any E36 as well as Viper, Lambo, Ferrari. Its just not as elegant ... think more of 15 lb sledge than jewelers hammer....

good luck

Ok, what in the heck are an E36 and an E39?

And more to the point, which of you wants to race my V8 Honda Odyssey?
So Ipop, I was in our old stomping grounds this morning. Even gave a nod to your McD's on Redlands Blvd. as I drove by. Good times.</blockquote>

Damn, you gotta tell me when you are headed out there! I'd spring for burritos if you brought them back... <a href="http://www.rosa-marias.com/locations.htm">This here joint </a>makes nearly the best burritos I have ever had. Their hot sauce is unbelievably good as well.

Ohh mustangs, they are like rotaries... so much noise and so little _______

Im not really in to domestic cars but I do really like the supercharged Cobra that came with "390hp"

I still would not mind having a 1991 NSX. For a 17 year old car it still is very nice looking (on the outside)
