So 15 Diamante is a zero-lot line property according to this post:http://www.irvinehousingblog.com/blog/comments/open-house-review-15-diamante

But, it has a lot size of 6100 sqft.  So now I'm really confused....is this a single family detached then/

As long as the house is built on a dedicated lot, it should be SFR.  I think zero-lot-line just means that the exterior wall of one home is the lot line of the other person's property/yard.
