Sean Spicer has resigned as White House spokesperson.

Now what is Melissa McCarthy going to do?

Shouldn't be a tough transition

So the angry Minion now is the mouthpiece reporting to the Max Headroom Gordon Gecko who felt the need to massively suck up to the The Chief during the announcement?

Personally, I think Melissa should stick with playing Spicer and snipe comments from the sidelines as Will Farrell returns to play the Huckabe (sic) and Rosie O'Donnell takes the role of Scaramobioso (sic).

"When Will President Trump Fire Robert Mueller?

Firing Mueller would likely create a reprise of the October 1973 ?Saturday Night Massacre,? in which Richard Nixon tried to fire Watergate special prosecutor Archibald Cox. When the attorney general and his deputy both refused and resigned, Nixon eventually got Solicitor General Robert Bork to do the deed. But a judge ruled the firing illegal, Cox was replaced by Leon Jaworski, and Nixon had to resign within a year.

If Trump did fire Mueller, it would be the third time in his tenure that Trump tried to get a law-enforcement official who was investigating him or his associates to close a case and, having failed, fired the official."

Neither, Trump was prodding him and now he is doing what he wanted (leak investigation and pressing harder his immigration  agenda).  Additionally, he manipulated the Dems and media to suddenly come to his defense and now they will have to turn on him again....tough 180 to accomplish is such a short time.

Trump's White House is spiraling even further into chaos

My comment: The current scaramucci and priebus feud is funny.

"Lane Kiffin feels for Reince Priebus being fired on a tarmac by Donald Trump

Priebus, like Kiffin, was left on the tarmac on Friday at Joint Base Andrews instead of proceeding with President Donald Trump. That sent college football Twitter into a frenzy of Kiffin jokes. And Kiffin, it seems, is completely self-aware of his famous firing. "

Told ya!

?Beleaguered? Attorney General Jeff Sessions is officially out of the Trump doghouse.

Breaking a string of social media rebukes against Sessions, the president issued a tweet Saturday afternoon praising his AG for getting tough on White House leaks.

"Former Democratic New York Rep. Anthony Weiner has been ostracized by friends and neighbors who blame him for Hillary Clinton's election loss in 2016.

"Nobody speaks to him. He is truly ostracized," a source told the New York Post.

"People won't even get on the elevator with him," the source said.

Weiner is being shunned by his Clinton-supporting neighbors because they blame him for her loss in the presidential election.

The FBI seized Weiner's laptop after it was reported he was sending inappropriate text messages to an underage girl. Then-FBI Director James Comey reopened the investigation into Hillary Clinton's emails after classified emails were revealed on Weiner's laptop.

The classified emails were from Weiner's wife and one of Clinton's top aides, Huma Adebin.

As a result, Weiner has been blamed by some?including his neighbors?for President Donald Trump's victory.

Weiner is expected to be sentenced for sharing obscene photos with a minor in federal District Court in Manhattan on Sept 8. Prosecutors called Weiner's plea agreement of 21 to 27 months "fair and appropriate."

This is just scapegoating.  Weiner has an addiction that needs to be treated, but he had nothing to do with the illegal emails sent by Hillary Clinton.  You've got to love how it's everybody's fault that she lost except for hers.

Hilary was a bad candidate to run for president given her situation with emails. Bernie Sanders would have been a better candidate, but apparently the DNC thought differently.

If it wasn't for Weiner, the FBI wouldn't publicly open the email investigation regarding Hilary. Law enforcement was looking through Anthony's laptop and then noted Huma's email. Even Trump thanked Weiner in a speech.

I didn't mean to make it sound like you were doing the scapegoating.  I just meant that Democrats are scapegoating Weiner (and Comey, and Russia), when their chosen candidate was the one committing illegal acts.

So do you think the Russia story is smoke?

Well, three stories have come out that strongly suggest it didn't happen:

1. Trump Jr. accepted the meeting with the Russian lawyer in June 2016, one month after the DNC was hacked, which shows the campaign had no prior knowledge of the DNC hack.  Remember, the whole Russian story is based on accusing Trump's campaign of colluding to hack the DNC.  Donald Jr.'s idiocy in taking the Russian meeting inadvertently proves that the campaign wasn't working with Russian officials at the time of the hack.

2.  A group of ex-intelligence officials has examined the DNC hack further and determined that the download speeds of the data would not have been possible with normal internet connections.  Their forensics show that the server data was downloaded too quickly.  That means the likely method of transmission was directly to a flash drive, implying that the DNC "hack" wasn't a hack at all, but an inside leak.

3.  The Trump campaign has turned over 20,000 documents to Congress as part of the Russia investigation.  Within them, there are several e-mails dated March 2016 of a low-level Trump staffer suggesting they set up a meeting with Putin and the Russians.  Trump's campaign manager at the time, Corey Lewandowski, repeatedly turned down these requests and said "Somebody needs to get the word out that Trump won't be doing those type of meetings."
