"Donald Trump Jr., the president's son, has hired New York lawyer Alan Futerfas to represent him in connection with Russia-related investigations, the lawyer and Trump Jr.'s office said on Monday.

Futerfas, a sole practitioner who specializes in criminal defense, would not say when he was retained or whether he had any input into the statements Trump Jr. made over the weekend about a meeting with a Russian lawyer."

"President Donald Trump is adding to his growing roster of lawyers handling investigations into Russian interference in the 2016 election, NBC News confirmed Friday.

Veteran Washington lawyer Ty Cobb is the latest to join the president's legal team, a White House official said. Cobb will spearhead responses to media inquiries related to the ongoing Russia probes and he will work closely with attorney Marc Kasowitz, who is leading the Trump team."

So when Hillary had lawyers before Bengahzi and in the mail hearings???????

Are you really going to try playing it that gullibly?

So if Trump Jr. actually colluded during that meeting, why wasn't any incriminating evidence about Hillary released to the public to help sway the election?

Exactly. No evidence.

Maybe the translator who may or may have not done work for the FBI and State Dept went to Comey and had him take a look at the emails on the perverted Weiner's computer and then tell the public that there may or may not be sensitive information on them but will leave it up to the public to form their own conclusions.

Well that is a good question but MAYBE they thought they didn't need any help, Hillary was helping the GOP on her own.

Nah that couldn't be. Trump was threatening to sue over the election results. Me thinks he was surprised he won, so couldn't be they thought it was all sewed up, leaves they didn't really have anything that wasn't already known.

Still Trump Jr. shouldn't have been associating with Russians. I think the Trumps just didn't think about the political ramifications of things and how things are done in politics (probably just getting that now).

"FBI is now looking into Donald Trump?s attorney Marc Kasowitz, and his law license may be revoked

After ProPublica reported negative details about Marc Kasowitz yesterday (link) and Rachel Maddow mentioned the article on-air last night, one of her viewers emailed Kasowitz and politely encouraged him to resign for the good of the country. Kasowitz replied back and profanely threatened the person, asserting that he knew where the person lived, and implied that he would hunt him down and do harm to him. That person then gave Kasowitz?s emails to ProPublica (link). Now, according to Maddow, the individual has filed a complaint against Kasowitz with the FBI. And according to Lawrence O?Donnell, the FBI will look into it.

So now the FBI is looking into Donald Trump?s attorney Marc Kasowitz for making threats against some random person who emailed him, after Trump hired Kasowitz to defend him in an FBI investigation.

O?Donnell believes that Marc Kasowitz?s threatening emails are enough for the State of New York to disbar him.

My comment:
This is whole situation is unbelievable. Check out my prevous posts and click the link for the emails. I would post it on TI but it's innopropriate even for me to post. (That means is way over the top)

While highly inappropriate..  I don't understand where he would be in trouble for with the FBI.

8th person in room was alleged local money launderer. Maybe the meeting had absolutely nothing to do with the elections, but with how Trump & Kushner were going to pay back their loans.
http://www.latimes.com/politics/la-na-pol-trump-eighth-man-20170718-story.html

Kaveladze, who lives in Huntington Beach, is an employee of a large Russian real estate development firm. He was the focus of a scathing congressional inquiry in 2000 into alleged Russian money laundering through banks in California and New York but was not charged.

Wow, that is the biggest reach ever! Keep wishing for something to surface, it never will.  The boy who cried Wolf is going hoarse.

What do you think the meeting about?  Why does the number of people there keep changine?  Why did they deny ever having any contact with Russians since there is no big deal about talking to them? Why did Trump's lawyer claim the secret service "vetted" people who were meeting with Jr even though he wasn't under secret service protection? Why did Kushner have to change his security form at least three times because he "forgot" about all of these meetings?

This will be part of Mueller's investigation.

"Fox News' Shepard Smith: 'Why is it lie after lie after lie?' on Russia meeting

Fox News host Shepard Smith slammed what he called "lies" and "deception" pushed by Donald Trump Jr. in a fiery Friday rant over emerging details of Trump Jr.'s meeting with a Russian lawyer last summer.

"We're still not clean on this, Chris," Smith told fellow Fox anchor Chris Wallace. "Why all these lies? Why is it lie after lie after lie? If you clean, come on clean."

"The deception, Chris, is mind-boggling," he said. "And there are still people out there who believe we're making it up and one day they're going to realize we're not."

The diatribe left Wallace speechless.

"I don't know what to say," he said. "I think there's a lot of truth to everything you've said."
