I know this can be hard to understand for some out there but it really is quite simple and actually pretty funny.  This still is one of the best explanations as to why Trump won and continues to maintain solid support.  All these presumptions still stand today...

Best explanations as to why Trump won in 2016?  Electoral vote and scared white people.

Same explanation in 2018...except popular votes prevails in the House while the Senate favors electoral votes/white people.

2020 will be interesting...it will depend a lot on who comes out of the field for the Dems.

I doubt Biden runs.

Booker is too unknown.  Warren and Bernie are too liberal.

Harris maybe...wild cards like Beto.  Bloomberg would also be interesting.

Absolutely,  They have 17 by last count in the field.  Trumps gonna run out of nicknames!!  The next two years will be very fun in politics.  Think about it, if it was Clinton v Romney we wouldn't even have a thread following it.  Trump now has a foil in the House to throw dirt clods at for the next two years.  More Kaos, more fun, more entertainment. I couldn't be happier.

American people are fed up. (GOP lost house races in which they should have won) That is why Trump is acting the way he is now. (Really nervous)

How is he acting any different from any time in the last two years?  I see no change in volume, cadence or content.

I prefer competency and leadership.

He had a big misstep in France. Maybe he should of done a Skype or FaceTime call from DC instead of pulling out of the ceremony because of the rain.

Firing Jeff Sessions. All I have to say is Roger that. (Stay tuned)

You thought wrong. Like the way you try hard with the color font when you post.

Try harder

See how he tries to deflect and duck the criticism. It is really amazing.

Try harder

Still waiting for your response to the GI bill that left veterans homeless.

People's tolerance of incompetence and idiocy has changed.

Like when they were marching in the streets with stupid hats and blocking traffic?  What happened to that movement? Oh there they are...

Compared to Trump and what the GOP are offering...plenty.

don't rule out hillary for 2020!  she's still obsessed with becoming the first US "madam president".  i bet the american people would love to see hillary lose a third presidential run!

creepy joe will crack under pressure from trump.  or maybe he will try to drag him behind the bleachers at the school yard?

i think beto has the best shot of winning nomination, but might be too liberal for the broad US to win president.  democrat super delegates will prob steal his nomination similar to the bernie fiasco anyway.

avenatti/ellison would make a great 1-2 punch.  get it?  nah, bad joke.

kamala? well...

Kamala Harris draws parallel between ICE and the KKK

Sen. Kamala Harris, D-Calif., suggested that the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement was perceived in a similar way to the Ku Klux Klan during a confirmation hearing of Ronald Vitiello, the nominee to head the agency.

Harris asked Vitiello if he believed the public's perception of ICE was creating fear and distrust in the way the KKK did last century.

Specifically, she wanted to know about Vitiello's 2015 tweet that said the Democratic Party was comparable to a "liberal-cratic" or "neo-Klanist" entity. The tweet was in response to conservative radio host Mark Levin, who had been discussing the Democratic Party's role in 20th century segregation.

You know one would think people learn from their mistakes , being wrong before , and from their experience. That is how we evolve and progress and survive competition

I have changed my own opinions over time as more data becomes visible and thesis change

But some of these posts on these political threads , especially after the midterms , are akin  to banging your head against a wall.

I have been watching YT videos on flatearthers...and it is like watching Trumpsters talking about Trump.  Logic and facts don't matter...just what they "feel and see" and facts/science are too complicated so they must be fake.
