It's also about the convenience.

My wife often leaves outdoor lights on so it would be nice to just use my phone to turn them off instead of getting out of bed, going downstairs and turning them off.

I'm sure there will be WiFi enabled light sockets soon that you can put between the bulbs and the light fixture to help with this.

you can do this now with home automation systems (Zwave). also, wireless things behind the socket, that is going to be a pain in the ass to replace when it fails.

What I'm talking about is it screws into the light fixture and then you screw the bulb into it.

I have a similar set up with a light sensing adapter so the outdoor light turns on at night and turns off during the day.

All jobs shown on map a few posts above have models being built currently.

The 2 sites that I am on are no way under 1Mil.

Can you give us a hint what Trevi and Amelia's price will be?

Trevi will be over 2 million for sure but will Amelia also starts above 2 million?

Google-fu

But next time please don't post the direct links... very easy to detect when your hidden site gets slammed with 5000 hits in one day.  We can all share quietly here, screen shots and copy paste only.

what makes it hidden?

Strada picture taken yesterday.  The entrances to Neighborhood 2 are all closed.  There were two more clusters of model homes (one attached, one detached) at about the same construction stage as Strada in this neighborhood.

Looks like IP is building all their houses around Northwood HS, probably more desirable area closer to HS and "Irvine"

Non-IP homes look pretty nice from exterior though.
