A "courtyard" (I'm assuming motorcourt) for a 3800sft home is painful.

Sorry, I should have said that the courtyard is in addition to the backyard, which from my illegal trespassing at the site appears quite decent.  If I have to guess the lot size I would say around 5,500.

Guess a Prius would be a good car to sneak around in at low speeds.. turn off the headlights and no one can see nor hear you coming.  But I would get a darker color one.

I think it's a slim chance to get a driveway sub 800.. they will probably stack those homes too unless they learn their mistakes from Portola Springs.

Apologies to Mulberry fans (and owners) but those floorplans are bad.

I'm not really into Feng Shui but it seems like it violates so many of their rules.

The big thing is they don't feel like SFRs to me.

With the success of Mendocino and Saratoga...I have to imagine that those will be replicated at OH for $100K to $150K more.

The Terrazza/Strada communities seems to be awfully close in specs but not in price.
