Apart from price, the base square footage of this plan (Saviero 2) is 3,836 per Taylor Morrison and only increases to the number on the listing when both the optional laundry/crafts room and second dining room at courtyard are optioned. Looks like this house potentially has the crafts room, but it definitely does not have the second dining room. Seems quite dishonest unless the owner or realtor has made an honest mistake.

Price reduced to what they paid end of Dec 2015. I wonder if the homeowner paid the builder for all the upgrades (shutters, flooring, closet organizer, ceiling  beams, maybe even landscaping.

Anyway, only way he is making money is if it currency based and the less he put down the more he has to sell for to break even on that.

Meanwhile.... this beautiful move in ready dream home (complete with the dirt lot it's had since it was first sold nearly 3 years ago) can be yours for only 80K more than the home on Lowland.

How is the owner allowed not to have completed landscaping in such a long time?

I just saw the highest asking price ever on any of listings here in the CV, and it is this Mulberry plan 2 back against a 4-way stop intersection and with that magic FS address number is asking close to $1.5M.  :o

Guess that's why it's been lingering on MLS like a death cockroach for about 2 months with no price adjustments.  Doing constant open houses isn't going to help either.

They also listed it at 3000 sq ft?  County records has it at 2919.  Should be illegal to round up so much if it truly is 2919 sq ft.
