Apart from price, the base square footage of this plan (Saviero 2) is 3,836 per Taylor Morrison and only increases to the number on the listing when both the optional laundry/crafts room and second dining room at courtyard are optioned. Looks like this house potentially has the crafts room, but it definitely does not have the second dining room. Seems quite dishonest unless the owner or realtor has made an honest mistake.

If it was just the yard, that could be fixed for not a whole lot. If it's just because it needs some updated tile work, again not that much.
Looks like they did... I must say, pretty ingenious. On a good day, you can go into your backyard to make some bulgogi, and leave the smell outside.
