51 ROYAL PINE WAS A GOD DAMN ROBBERY

Beyond robbery...  51 was legit at $2.1M now thinking in retrospect based on current market values.

I saw 51 royal pine and not making the move on that is a big regret for me especially seeing whats out there now. Beautiful upgrades throughout the home and awesome back yard with pool and entertaining, end of cul de sac home with a huge drive way, only knock was the toll road.

I live very close to this house, wonder how much it will go for

motor court, 2 stories, 6800 sqft lot, no view but $992/sqft  :o

As someone in my very early 20's this looks like a fun house to own but by the time (if) I were to accumulate enough to purchase such a house I feel I'd be too old and just over the hassle of all that.

That pool is way too close to the house.  My kids would splash water on the stucco and windows all day.

I thought you lived in the Turtles.  When did you move to Coto and how do you like it so far?

Wow, probably because some houses are now under contract, 184 Leafy Pass was last listed at almost $5 mil, but at least that had landscaping done
