Losses Outside of Irvine

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
The Daily Pilot is reporting that there was a vehicle burglarized in the 2100 block of Dublin St on Tuesday morning. It must be a typo because Dublin only exists in the 3100 block. Again, this is very typical.... these crimes nearly always take place on streets with easy access to a main thoroughfare. I wonder if it was the listing agent's car?

[quote author="freedomCM" date=1216970538]pending? the redfin link still says active.</blockquote>

I tag all First Team CM properties below $500K as a favorite. My update this morning said that it is now pending sale. ??? It's the original search notification I used, so I just stayed with it for continuity on the properties that I tagged. I hate the fact that all new listings I have to look up on Redfin or Zillow to see previous sales history, but it's the system I have in place. That being said, when you tag a home as a favorite, I think they are better than Redfin at telling you what the status change is. But we've already caught our knife, so I would sleep better if I just wasn't aware of the meltdown taking place in 92627.

the update today changed it to now being an available listing.

who says the rich can't be as stupid as the rest of us? Case in point can be found in Monarch Beach of all places. I thought the high end was immune?

This went pending today. As an aside, I couldn't recall which thread this property was in so for the heck of it I typed the address into the search bar and it pointed me right to Losses Outside of Irvine. Very cool tool! I think I'll try using it a little more often.</blockquote>

I do that before I post about a house just in case it has already been mentioned elsewhere. If it has, it can be an "update" post instead.

The bank that owns this place should be fined heavily for the green pool that is a breeding ground for mosquitos carrying west nile virus. Drain it, maintain it, or pay.

What a lovely green pool!!! Looks like our pool after Hurricane

Andrew hit. The municipalities really need to jump on these

things, and it can be a lovely source of revenue, fining banks.
